Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR ITENS DE ALUMìNIO, LIGAS DE ALUMìNIO, LIGAS LEVES E SIMILARES". Aparelho para produzir itens feitos de alumínio, ligas de alumínio, ligas leves, e similares, que compreende, sobre uma placa (1), uma matriz inferior (2), pelo menos uma placa superior (3), um duto (10) de alimentação de metal líquido conectado a um forno, o duto de entrada de metal líquido (10) vindo de baixo em direção à matriz inferior (2) e a matriz inferior (2) formando pelo menos uma impressão inferior (20), e tendo pelo menos uma porção cóncava (23) para alimentar uma quantidade dosada de metal líquido, um plugue macho (8) está associado à matriz superior (3) e forma pelo menos uma impressão superior (25) acoplada à impressão inferior (20) para determinar a forma do item que está sendo fundido. A matriz superior (3) é fechada na matriz inferior (2), e o plugue macho (8) provê a forma e atua como um elemento de controle de fluxo para a porta (24) que provê uma conexão para o duto de entrada de metal líquido (10).
