Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine permettant d'enrouler de manière continue un ruban métallique mince sur des bobines. Cette machine comprend un couloir d'amenée fixe (1) destiné à recevoir le ruban, une paire de rouleaux de support (3, 3') séparés par un rouleau cavalier (4) afin de supporter et guider le ruban amené par ledit couloir d'amenée fixe (1). Une jauge de mesure de l'épaisseur (6) aménagée sur la voie du ruban permet de surveiller de manière continue l'épaisseur du ruban, un ensemble rouleau d'applique (30) permet de comprimer le ruban et un ensemble brosse (31) permet de retenir le ruban. Cette machine comprend également un couloir d'amenée amovible (7) et une plate-forme de changement ayant une première position (P1), une seconde position (P2), une troisième position (P3) et une quatrième position (P4). La première position (P1) est un poste d'attache du ruban (15) comprenant une bobine vide sur un mandrin d'enroulement (19), la seconde position (P2) est un poste d'enroulement du mandrin (16) comprenant une bobine d'enroulement sur un mandrin d'enroulement (20), la troisième position (P3) est un poste permettant de décharger la bobine enroulée et de charger une bobine vide et la quatrième position (P4) est un poste de réserve (17) comprenant une bobine vide sur un mandrin d'enroulement (21). Un mécanisme de tige de frappe (9) situé à proximité du poste d'attache du ruban (15) permet d'attacher le ruban sur la bobine vide du mandrin (19). Un rouleau du support du ruban (10) est situé entre la bobine d'enroulement du poste d'attache du ruban (15) et la bobine d'enroulement du poste d'enroulement du ruban (16) de manière qu'il supporte le ruban et un couloir de distribution (11) permet d'enlever la pièce coupée de ruban après avoir attaché le ruban sur la bobine.
