Claims (9)

  1. Machine permettant d'enrouler de manière continue un ruban métallique mince sur des bobines comportant une goulotte à entrée fixe (1) destinée à recevoir le ruban, une paire de rouleaux de support (3, 3') avec un rouleau danseur (4) entre eux pour supporter et pour guider le ruban acheminé au travers de ladite goulotte à entrée fixe (1), un outil de mesure de l'épaisseur (6) situé dans la trajectoire du ruban destiné à contrôler de manière continue l'épaisseur du ruban, un ensemble à rouleau amortisseur (30) destiné à exercer une pression sur le ruban, un ensemble à brosses (31) destiné à attraper le ruban et à mettre en oeuvre un meilleur réglage de la tension, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine comporte par ailleurs une goulotte à entrée détachable (7) au travers de laquelle le ruban métallique est passé jusqu'à une station de fixation du ruban (15), une plate-forme de changement de bobine ayant une première position (P1), une deuxième position (P2), une troisième position (P3), et une quatrième position (P4), la première position (P1) étant ladite station de fixation du ruban (15) avec une bobine vide sur un mandrin d'enroulement (19), une deuxième position (P2) étant une station d'enroulement du ruban (16) avec la bobine d'enroulement sur un mandrin d'enroulement (20), la troisième position (P3) étant une station destinée à décharger la bobine enroulée et à charger une bobine vide, et la quatrième position (P4) étant une station d'attente (17) avec une bobine vide sur un mandrin d'enroulement (21), un mécanisme de type bielle de frappe (9) situé à proximité de la station de fixation du ruban (15) destiné à fixer le ruban à la bobine vide sur le mandrin (19), un rouleau de support du ruban (10) situé entre la bobine d'enroulement au niveau de la station de fixation du ruban (15) et la bobine d'enroulement au niveau de la station d'enroulement du ruban (16) destiné à supporter le ruban, une goulotte d'acheminement (11) destinée à retirer tout morceau de ruban découpé après la fixation du ruban sur la bobine, un mécanisme (18, 25) destiné à décharger la bobine enroulée et à charger la bobine vide situé au niveau de la troisième position (P3), lesdites bobines sur les mandrins (19, 20, 21) étant déplaçables entre les quatre positions (P1, P2, P3, P4) sur la plate-forme de changement de bobine sur une trajectoire guidée de telle manière qu'une bobine vide sur le mandrin (19) est située au niveau de la station de fixation du ruban (15), une bobine d'enroulement sur le mandrin d'enroulement (20) est située au niveau de la station d'enroulement du ruban (16) et une bobine vide sur le mandrin (21) est située au niveau de la station d'attente (17) lorsque l'enroulement est en cours.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit mécanisme de type bielle de frappe (9) comporte un levier de commande de bielle de frappe (9.1), une bielle d'actionnement (9.2) destinée à actionner le levier de commande de bielle de frappe (9.1) et un électroaimant (9.3) destiné à appliquer de la force pour la frappe.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit mécanisme destiné à décharger la bobine et à charger la bobine (18) comporte un socle (18.4), une plaque poussoir (18.1) munie d'un vérin hydraulique de poussée (18.3), un vérin hydraulique de levage (18.2) et une plate-forme (18.5).
  4. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite plateforme de changement de bobine est munie de dispositifs de guidage mobiles (27) et de dispositifs de guidage fixes (28) destinés à guider le mouvement des mandrins d'enroulement avec les bobines et de vérins hydrauliques (14, 22, 23, 24) destinés à tirer et à pousser les mandrins sur les positions souhaitées (P1 à P4).
  5. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits mandrins (19, 20, 21) sont munis de bouts rétractables destinés à charger et à décharger facilement les bobines.
  6. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit mécanisme destiné à décharger la bobine et à charger la bobine (18) est muni d'un tourniquet (25) ayant un moyen de fonctionnement (26).
  7. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite goulotte à entrée fixe (1) et ladite goulotte d'acheminement (11) sont munies de l'aspiration par le biais de soufflantes.
  8. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit ensemble à rouleau amortisseur (30) destiné à exercer une pression sur le ruban comporte une structure de retenue (30.1) destinée à retenir un rouleau amortisseur (30.2) et un vérin hydraulique (30.3) destiné à exercer une force lors de la pression.
  9. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit ensemble à brosses (31) destiné à attraper le ruban comporte une paire de servomoteurs (31.1) destinés à entraîner une paire de brosses (31.2) dans des directions opposées, une paire de vérins hydrauliques (31.3) destinés au mouvement vertical contrôlé de ladite paire de brosses (31.2) et à l'application d'une force sur lesdites brosses (31.2) tout en attrapant le ruban et une base (31.4) destinée à retenir l'intégralité de l'ensemble à brosses.
