本实用新型涉及用于在地面上支承车辆并使其运动的防弹、 防爆 轮子, 特别适用于高速行驶的车辆。
在本发明之前的现有技术
我们知道, 汽车在路面上高速行驶时, 最怕的情况之一是轮胎发 生 "爆胎"现象, 特别是车辆的前轮轮胎, 若汽车高速行驶时发生 "爆胎"现象, 重则车毁人亡, 轻则车损人伤。 车辆使用的轮子由轮 毂、 轮辋、 轮辐、 轮胎和气门芯组成, 轮胎一般由内胎、 外胎组成, 当外胎被扎伤或遭到硬物击伤时, 内胎很容易破碎而出现 "爆胎"现 象, 为克服上述不足, 人们取消了内胎将轮胎制成不需要充气的 "实 心"式, 但 "实心"轮胎的不足是弹性差, 对车辆的减振性差, 不适 用高速行驶的车辆, 所以人们发明了"无内胎式子午胎" , 既取消了内 胎、 减振性又好, 且不易发生 "爆胎"现象而得到广泛应用, 但当轮 胎被严重扎伤或遭到硬物严重击伤及轮胎遭到枪击时, 仍会出现 "爆 胎"现象, 特别是当轮胎使用一段时间后, 由于磨损更易发生 "爆 胎"现象, 从而导致交通事故。
发明目的
本实用新型的目的是提供一种当轮胎发生 "爆胎"现象时, 可使 车辆和司乘人员安然无恙的一种防弹、 防爆轮子。
本发明的技术方案
本实用新型是通过如下措施达到: 一种轮子, 设有轮毂、 轮辋、 轮辐、 子午胎和气门芯, 其特征是: 子午胎内的轮毂上设有备份胎。
本实用新型的其它有利结构形成从属权利要求的对象。 上述所说的备份胎为一环形胎, 其断面呈梯形, 外缘设有与普通 轮胎外缘功能相同的胎紋, 一般采用橡胶制成。
上述所说的备份胎为开口环形实心胎体, 备份胎开口处设有连接 件, 备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接, 连接件上可以设有调节装置, 以 调节环形实心胎体的直径的大小, 使同一备份胎能适应不同直径的轮 毂。
为了使本实用新型中备份胎与轮毂结合得更紧密, 防止轮子在高 速旋转时, 备份胎与轮毂之间产生离心力, 可以在备份胎内设有钢 带, 钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接, 也可以在备份胎外设有钢带, 钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接。
本实用新型由于在子午胎内的轮毂上设有备份胎, 当子午胎受到 外力作用出现 "爆胎"现象时, 备份胎支撑轮胎在车辆不减速的情况 下继续安全行驶, 即使轮胎爆裂后全部脱落, 因为备份胎的外缘设有 与普通轮胎外缘功能相同的胎紋也可以照常行驶。 既保证了车辆和司 乘人员的安全, 也保证了 "爆胎" 的轮胎及轮毂不因高速碾压而报 废。

实施例
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述: 一种轮子, 设有轮毂、 轮辋、 轮辐、 子午胎和气门芯、 其结构及 它们相互之间的连接关系、 连接方法与现有技术相同, 此不赘述。
如图 1所示, 本实用新型在子午胎 1内的轮毂 2上设有备份胎 3, -备份胎 3为一环形胎,-其断面呈梯形, 一般采用橡胶制成。
如图 2所示, 备份胎为开口环形实心胎体, 备份胎开口处设有连 接件 4, 备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接, 连接件上可以设有调节装置, 以调节环形实心胎体的直径的大小, 使同一备份胎能适应不同直径轮 毂, 为了使本实用新型中备份胎与轮毂结合得更紧密, 防止轮子在高 速旋转时, 备份胎与轮毂之间产生离心力, 可以在备份胎内设有钢带 5, 也可以在备份胎外设有钢带 5, 钢带 5的两端分别与连接件 4相连 接。 钢片 6起定位作用。
本实用新型安装过程是: 先将子午胎的一边安装在轮辋上, 然后 将备份胎与轮毂相结合, 经备份胎上的钢带和连接件使其与轮毂结合 得更紧密, 防止轮子在高速旋转时备份胎与轮毂之间产生离心力, 再 将子午胎的另一边安装在轮毂上, 最后经气门芯向子午胎内充气至一 定气压即可。
一、 结构、 原理: '
安装在原车子午胎里面, 不破坏汽车的原有结构, 对驾驶无任何 影响, 高度略低于子午胎胎面内层的用橡胶及其他材料制成的实心结 构; 当车辆突然爆胎时子午胎内备份胎能支撑起汽车。
二、 功能- 不怕刺扎、 不怕枪弹, 最显著的功效是不怕高速爆胎。 避免由于 爆胎发生危险事故, 既保护了人的安全又保护了轮胎和轮毂, 属主动 防护性安全设施。 三、 使用寿命:
安装于轮胎内部, 老化程度极其缓慢, 寿命可达 15年以上。 即便 汽车轮胎磨损严重需要更换轮胎, 也无需更换备份胎, 可再次安装在 …新的轮胎里面继续使用。 - 四、 应用范围 "
可广泛应用于各种无内胎的车辆, 特别适应于军、 警、 运钞等专 用车辆高速行驶及经常性行驶于恶劣路况下的特殊车辆。 有极强的防 弹、 防爆功能。 '
五、 成本:
该产品制造成本很低, 安装了该产品后就可省去备用轮胎, 增大 储物箱空间, 对整车来讲, 成本反而降低了很多。
六、 特点:
该产品可安装在任何的轮毂。 轮毂、 轮胎及车辆的任何部位都不 用改变。
