技术领域:本实用新型涉及用于在地面上支承车辆并使其运动的轮子,特别适用于高速行驶的车辆。
背景技术:我们知道,汽车在路面上高速行驶时,最怕的情况之一是轮胎发生“爆胎”现象,特别是车辆的前轮轮胎,若汽车高速行驶时发生“爆胎”现象,重则车毁人亡,轻则车损人伤。车辆使用的轮子由轮毂、轮辋、轮辐、轮胎和气门心组成,轮胎一般由内胎、外胎组成,当外胎被扎伤或遭到硬物击伤时,内胎很容易破碎而出现“爆胎”现象,为克服上述不足,人们取消了内胎将轮胎制成不需要充气的“实心”式,但“实心”轮胎的不足是弹性差,对车辆的减振性差,不适用高速行驶的车辆,所以人们发明了“子午胎”,“子午胎”既取消了内胎、减振性又好,且不易发生“爆胎”现象而得到广泛应用,但当轮胎被严重扎伤或遭到硬物严重击伤时,仍会出现“爆胎”现象,特别是当轮胎使用一段时间后,由于磨损更易发生“爆胎”现象,从而导致交通事故。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种当轮胎发生“爆胎”现象时,可使车辆和司乘人员安然无恙的一种轮子。
本实用新型是通过如下措施达到:一种轮子,设有轮毂、轮辋、轮辐、子午胎和气门心,其特征是子午胎内的轮毂上设有备份胎。
本实用新型的其它有利结构形成从属权利要求的对象,
上述所说的备份胎为一环形胎,其断面呈梯形,一般采用硬质橡胶制成。
上述所说的备份胎为开口环形实心胎体,备份胎开口处设有连接件,备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接,连接件上可以设有调节装置,以调节环形实心胎体的直径的大小,使同一备份胎能适应不同直径的轮毂。
为了使本实用新型中备份胎与轮毂结合得更紧密,防止轮子在高速旋转时,备份胎与轮毂之间产生离心力,可以在备份胎内设有钢带,钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接,也可以在备份胎外设有钢带,钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接,
本实用新型由于在午胎内的轮毂上设有备份胎,当子午胎受到外力作用出现“爆胎”现象时,备份胎支撑轮胎在车辆不减速的情况下继续安全行驶,既保证了车辆和司乘人员的安全,也保证了“爆胎”的轮胎不因高速碾压而报废。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
一种轮子,设有轮毂、轮辋、轮辐、子午胎和气门心,其结构及它们相互之间的连接关系、连接方法与现有技术相同,此不赘述。
如图1所示,本实用新型在子午胎1内的轮毂2上设有备份胎3,备份胎3为一环形胎,其断面呈梯形,一般采用硬质橡胶制成。
如图2所示,备份胎为开口环形实心胎体,备份胎开口处设有连接件4,备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接,连接件上可以设有调节装置,以调节环形实心胎体的直径的大小,使同一备份胎能适应不同直径的轮毂,为了使本实用新型中备份胎与轮毂结合得更紧密,防止轮子在高速旋转时,备份胎与轮毂之间产生离心力,可以在备份胎内设有钢带5,也可以在备份胎外设有钢带5,钢带5的两端分别与连接件4相连接。
本实用新型的安装过程是:先将子午胎的一边安装在轮辋上,然后将备份胎与轮毂相结合,可以经备份胎上的钢带和连接件使其与轮毂结合得更紧密,防止轮子在高速旋转时,备份胎与轮毂之间产生离心力,再将子午胎的另一边安将在轮毂上,最后经气门心5向子午胎4内充气至一定气压即可。

1、一种轮子,设有轮毂、轮辋、轮辐、子午胎和气门心,其特征在于子午胎内的轮毂上设有备份胎。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种轮子,其特征在于所说的备份胎为一环形胎,其断面呈梯形,一般采用硬质橡胶制成。
3、根据权利要求1、2之一所述的一种轮子,其特征在于所说的备份胎为开口环形实心胎体,备份胎开口处设有连接件,备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接。
4、根据权利要求1、2、3所述的一种轮子,其特征在于所说的备份胎上设有钢带,钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接,备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接。
5、根据权利要求3、4之一所述的一种轮子,其特征在于所说的钢带设在备份胎内,钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接,备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接。
6、根据权利要求3、4之一所述的一种轮子,其特征在于所说的钢带设在备份胎外侧,钢带的两端分别与连接件相连接,备份胎经连接件与轮毂相连接。
7、根据权利要求3、4、5、6之一所述的一种轮子,其特征在于所说连接件上可以设有调节装置,以调节环形实心胎体的直径的大小,使同一备份胎能适应不同直径的轮毂。
