Abstract

Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Alarmsignals bei einem Motor, der einen Rotor (50) aufweist, dessen tatsächliche Drehzahl im Betrieb in einer Normalzone (nSoll, Tsoll) liegt, bei einem Fehler von dieser Normalzone abweichen kann, und auf einen Fehlerzustand überwacht werden soll, mit folgenden Schritten : Es wird mindestens eine Alarm-Einschaltdrehzahl (nAOn, TAOn) und mindestens eine Alarm-Abschaltdrehzahl (nAOff, TAOff) festgelegt, von denen die letztere näher bei der Normalzone liegt als erstere, wobei ein zugeordnetes Paar von Alarm-Einschaltdrehzahl und Alarm-Abschaltdrehzahl zwischen sich eine Hysterezone definiert. Wenn die zu überwachende Drehzal, von der Hysteresezone her kommend, die Alarm-Einschaltdrehzahl erreicht, wird ein Alarm-Einschaltkriterium (Flag DIR = 0) erzeugt (Fig. 13: S178). Die Dauer dieses Alarm-Einschaltkriteriums wird überwacht (Fig. 13: S 184, 192). Wenn diese Dauer einen vorgegebenen Wert (tdOn) erreicht, wird ein Alarmsignal (ALARM) aktiviert (Fig. 13: S186, 194). Ein entsprechender Motor wird beschrieben.
