  • the plurality of holes allows for the distance between adjoining moulds to be defined according to the need, so as to obtain slab structures of different size.
  • Figure 8 illustrates, in a schematic, axonometric view, an example of four moulds 11 assembled on a support boarding 30. The remarkable simplicity of the required assembly operation can be readily appreciated, along with the easy manner in which the moulds can be adapted to the actual size of the slab structure that must be manufactured. All it takes in this connection is in fact to arrange the various hollow bodies 11 close to each other and to connect the respective lugs 20 by inserting the pins of some of them in the selected holes of the other ones.

  • the particular design of the surface 15 of the moulds 11, as clearly visible in the Figures and described earlier in this description, is such as to facilitate the upper reinforcement net 32 to be incorporated in the concrete casting 33.
  • the concrete in fact, by seeping through between the relieves 18 of the surface 15, is able to fully envelop the rods of the reinforcement.
  • Figure 10 can be noticed to be a cross-sectional view of the group of assembled moulds shown in Figure 9, so as to show in full evidence the manner in which the concrete 33 is able to distribute and penetrate between the various elements that make up the structure, in particular by fully incorporating the rods of the reinforcement 31 and 32 arranged below and above the mould elements.

Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un élément de moule du type à enrobage, en matériau plastique, pour la fabrication de structures de dalles à utiliser dans la construction, comprenant au moins un corps creux (11) ouvert vers le bas comportant des pieds (14) sur son bord inférieur. Chaque corps creux a la forme d'une pyramide tronquée dont le sommet est dirigé vers le haut et comporte des bandes piliers rainurées (12), correspondant en particulier avec ses angles, ainsi que plusieurs reliefs (18) sur sa surface supérieure (15). Ce nouvel élément de moule est beaucoup plus léger que les éléments de moule de la technique antérieure et il peut être produit par moulage en une seule pièce de plastiques recyclés, de façon à réduire les coûts de fabrication et d'installation.
