Abstract
L'invention concerne une première diode comprenant un élément de scellement en résine contenant une teinture fluorescente à base de pérylène et, scellé au moyen dudit élément, un élément luminescent bleu. Pour préparer l'élément de scellement en résine, on utilise un procédé qui consiste à dissoudre uniformément une teinture fluorescente à base de pérylène émettant une fluorescence orange dans une résine époxyde chauffée, afin d'obtenir un composé de résine époxyde, puis à durcir le composé de résine époxyde. L'invention concerne également une seconde diode comprenant un élément de scellement en résine contenant une teinture fluorescente à base de pérylène et, scellé au moyen dudit élément, un élément luminescent bleu. Pour préparer l'élément de scellement en résine, on utilise un procédé qui consiste à dissoudre uniformément une teinture fluorescente à base de pérylène émettant une fluorescence orange dans une résine époxyde chauffée et à mélanger des particules de dioxyde de titane avec la solution ainsi obtenue, afin d'obtenir un composé de résine époxyde, puis à durcir le composé de résine époxyde.
