一般的果菜榨汁机, 通常是在机台内设有一榨汁盘, 并于机 台上方设有进料口, 使蔬菜、 水果等食物投入后, 藉由榨汁盘的 高速旋转而磨成果菜汁。 这种传统榨汁机由于榨汁盘的切刀的设 计有一中心研磨死角, 其进料口通常设于机台的偏心位置 (偏离 中心点) , 因此进料口的口径不宜太大, 故于使用时需将蔬果先 切成小块, 而无法将蔬果整颗投入, 使用上较为不便。 而如将进 料口的口径加大, 使蔬果能以整颗投入的方式来操作, 则相对来 说需将机台的体积整个加大, 这样, 将使制造成本增加且使用者 不易收藏。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种果菜榨汁机, 使榨汁时能够将整颗 的蔬果投入, 免除事先切削的麻烦, 以提高榨汁机的工作效率。
本发明是这样实现的, 一种果菜榨汁机, 包括上座体、 下座 体、 滤网、 一表面设有以幅射状排列的锯齿状切刀的榨汁盘和盖 体。 于该下座体设有传动机构, 以供该榨汁盘套置于滤网后, 锁 固于该传动机构。 而该盖体则于中央设有圆筒状且为适当倒角的 进料口, 使整颗的蔬果得以由进料口投入后, 经由一推料塞的压 合, 于榨汁盘高速旋转后研磨成果菜汁。 其中: 该榨汁盘的中 央, 设有呈十字状排列的弧状切刀, 其中一切刀的一端跨越该榨 汁盘的中心点, 使榨汁盘于旋转时, 得以藉由该中央位置的弧状 切刀消除研磨死角。 因而, 可使进料口含盖中心点, 故可加大其 口径超过习用果菜机进料口一倍以上, 而不需加大机台的体积, 使榨汁时, 得以将整颗的蔬果投入。
此外, 进料口设为圆筒状, 并于其一侧设以倒角, 使整颗的 蔬果投入时, 防止蔬果随着榨汁盘旋转而无法研磨出汁。
此外, 另设有一推料塞, 以供套置于进料口将食物压入, 且 于该推料塞底缘设有十字状的锯齿, 使压料时防止蔬果跳动而更 为顺畅。

参见图 1和图 2, 本发明包括一下座体 1、 一上座体 2及一盖 体 3。 于该下座体 1设有一传动轴 11 (由马达传动) , 使该上座 体 2套合于下座体 1 , 以供一榨汁盘 4套于滤网 5后, 锁固于该传 动轴 11上; 该上座体 2在其一侧设有一出汁口 21; 而该盖体 3则 于中央位置设有圆筒状且呈适当倒角的进料口 31, 并于其一侧设 有一盛渣桶 6。
所述的榨汁盘 4是于其表面设有幅射状的锯齿状切刀 41 , 中 央则设有以十字状排列的弧状切刀 42, 使整颗未经切削的蔬果由 进料口 31投入后, 藉由一推料塞 7将蔬果压入, 并藉由其底缘所 设十字状锯齿 71使压料更为顺畅, 防止蔬果的跳动, 使整颗的蔬 果得以藉由榨汁盘 4磨成汁状, 并由上座体 2流出, 而残渣则藉 由滤网 5的旋转离心力排出于盛渣桶 6内。
参见图 3, 本发明的榨汁盘 4, 是于其表面设有以幅射状排列 的多个据齿状切刀 41 , 而其中央位置则设有以十字状排列的弧状 切刀 42, 其中一切刀 42a的一端跨越榨汁盘 4的中心点。 使榨汁 盘 4于高速旋转研磨时, 得以因中央位置的弧状切刀 42而消除中 心研磨死角, 使整颗的蔬果得以达到确实磨汁的效果, 且因该中 央位置的弧状切刀 42, 使机台的进料口 31不需将其偏移而可含盖 中心点。 故可增大其口径, 无需加大机台的体积。
参见图 4, 本发明于组装后, 该榨汁盘 4与进料口 31呈同等 的垂直位置, 由于榨汁盘 4的锯齿状切刀 41与中央的弧状切刀 42 排列于其表面, 因此当蔬果整颗投入后, 榨汁盘 4 即可藉由切刀 41、 42将其研磨成汁液, 而不会产生研磨死角。
如图 5所示, 本发明的榨汁盘 4的中央位置, 亦可设以十字 状排列的锯齿状切刀口 41 ; 同样, 使其中一排的切刀 41a跨越中 心点, 使榨汁盘 4亦可达到相同的研磨效果。 工业应用性
综上所述, 本发明于果菜榨汁机的榨汁盘中央设以十字状排 列的弧状切刀, 使榨汁盘消除中心研磨死角, 以利于榨汁机的蔬 果的整颗投入。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种果菜榨汁机, 包括上座体、 下座体、 滤网、 一表面 设有以幅射状排列的锯齿状切刀的榨汁盘和盖体, 于该下座体设 有传动机构, 以供该榨汁盘套置于滤网后, 锁固于该传动机构, 而该盖体则于中央设有圆筒状且为适当倒角的进料口, 使整颗的 蔬果得以由进料口投入后, 经由一推料塞的压合, 于榨汁盘高速 旋转后研磨成果菜汁,
其特征在于 该榨汁盘的中央, 设有呈十字状排列的弧状切 刀, 其中一切刀的一端跨越该榨汁盘的中心点, 使榨汁盘于旋转 时, 得以藉由该中央位置的弧状切刀消除研磨死角。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的果菜榨汁机,
其特征在于 所述推料塞的底缘设有十字状的锯齿, 使其于 压料时更为顺畅。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的果菜榨汁机,
其特征在于 设于榨汁盘中央的切刀, 可设为并排的锯齿状 切刀, 且为十字状的排列。
