Definitions
- the present invention relates to, for example, leveling of a heavy object (workpiece) cut by a machine tool.
- Heavy-duty moving equipment with a field load reduction mechanism and machine tool mounting that are ideal for performing positioning work (centering work), various types of jacking work that pushes up large heavy objects, etc. in addition to centering work for machine tools. It relates to a fixed base for a workpiece.
- the workpiece when processing a workpiece as a workpiece with a machine tool, the workpiece is placed on a surface plate on the machine tool side. Then, in order to perform cutting (for example, milling) while moving the machined part of the machine tool with respect to the workpiece, after setting the workpiece on the surface plate, the coordinate system of the machine tool and the coordinate system of the workpiece are matched. Fine adjustment (centering work) needs to be performed. However, in many cases, the work has a weight of more than ten tons, and once placed on the surface plate, it has a large coefficient of friction with the surface plate. Can not.
- the feature of the device using the static pressure sliding surface is that horizontal movement can be easily performed even for a quite large heavy object due to low frictional force, and high-precision positioning is also possible.
- the hydraulic circuit becomes large-scale, and many auxiliary devices are required for the oil recovery mechanism that is open to the atmosphere. Also, since a height adjustment mechanism for the supported object is required separately, other devices
- the hydraulic jack has features such as small size, low cost, and easy operation, and is particularly excellent in moving up and down heavy objects. However, after stopping the hydraulic pressure, the supported object may fall by its own weight. As a result, it is difficult to adjust the position within the vertical positioning accuracy required for the machine tool workpiece, and there is no horizontal movement function, and it is necessary to use other devices together, and both vertical and horizontal directions are required. For centering work of machine tools and the like that require moving, complicated setup and operation are inevitable.
- the repelling block is widely and generally used for centering a workpiece of a machine tool. It is very effective when the weight of the workpiece is light, but when the weight of the workpiece is heavy, the static friction force on the sliding surface increases, making it extremely difficult to operate manually, requiring other auxiliary equipment, and Since it does not have a movement function, it is necessary to use other devices together. For centering work of machine tools and the like that require movement in both vertical and horizontal directions, complicated setup and operation are inevitable. - a supported object (work) 3 processed by the machine tool is supported above the surface plate 1.
- the work 3 has a weight of, for example, more than ten tons.
- a plurality of heavy object moving devices 5 with a load reduction mechanism for centering are interposed between the workpiece 3 and the surface plate 1.
- the heavy object moving devices 5 are provided at a plurality of locations (for example, four locations) of the surface plate 1.
- Work 3 is a heavy object as shown in Fig. 4.

- each heavy object moving device 5 is slidably provided so as to reciprocate on a base body 8 mounted on the surface plate 1 side and the base body 8.
- Shaft supports 15 are fixed to the front and rear positions of the base body 8, respectively, and both the shaft supports 15 have poles penetrated through through holes 9a formed in the first block 9.
- a screw shaft 16 is supported so as to be rotatable horizontally in any direction.
- a nut 18 screwed to the pole screw shaft 16 is fitted and fixed to one end of the first block 9.
- the pole screw shaft 16 is automatically rotated by the nut 18 fixed to the first block 9 as the first block moves. Movement of the first block 9 is allowed.
- the first block 9 is formed with hydraulic chambers 20 and 20 in parallel so as to be located on both sides of the pole screw shaft 16.
- a cylinder rod 23 having a piston portion 21 at the front end is slidably inserted into each of the hydraulic chambers 20, 20.
- Each of the cylinder rods 23 has a base supported by the shaft support 15 and an oil passage 25 communicating with the hydraulic chambers 20 and 20, respectively. Therefore, the oil supplied to the oil passage 25 is filled in the hydraulic chambers 20 and 20, so that the first block 9 can be moved forward (moved in the direction of the arrow).
- the first block 9 is pushed by the hydraulic chambers 20 and 20 and the cylinder rod 23.
- Each of the cylinder devices is configured as means for causing the cylinder device to operate. Oil of a predetermined pressure can be supplied to each cylinder device by a hydraulic supply pump device (not shown). In addition, a pump device is provided for each heavy object moving device 5.
- the first block 9 On the upper surface of the first block 9, a smooth inclined surface 9b that becomes lower in the forward direction is formed.
- the first block 9 has a wedge shape whose upper surface is inclined.
- the lower surface 10 a of the second block 10 is formed on an inclined surface slidable on the inclined surface 9 b of the first block 9, and the second block 10 is movable up and down by movement of the first block 9. It has a unique inverted wedge shape.

Also, When the hydraulic supply pump device of each heavy load moving device 5 is operated, the oil pumped from the pump device is supplied to the load supporting means 13 of each heavy load moving device 5 through each pipe. The hydraulic pressure supplied to the load supporting means 13 is set smaller than the load of the work 3 acting on the third block 11 of each heavy load moving device 5. The supply of oil to the cylinder device that pushes the first block 9 is stopped. The stop or change of the hydraulic pressure can be easily performed by an adjustment valve (not shown).

In addition, surface plate 1 corresponds to the grounding part.
- each heavy load moving device 5 When the hydraulic supply pump device of each heavy load moving device 5 is operated, the oil pumped from the pump device is supplied to the load supporting means 13 of each heavy load moving device 5 through each pipe. .
- the hydraulic pressure supplied to the load supporting means 13 is set to be larger than the load of the supported object 3 acting on the third block 11 of each heavy object moving device 5, and each piston 2 of each heavy object moving device 5 9 rises, and the piston rod 30 pushes up the third block 11 slightly. ⁇
- the gap is generated between the blocks by pushing up the third block 11, the oil is also supplied to the cylinder device for pushing the first block 9, so that the gap is not generated between the blocks.
