Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire une structure cellulosique fibreuse ou plane par filage ou extrusion d'une solution de filage ou d'extrusion contenant du carbamate de cellulose, qui fournit des matériaux cellulosiques renfermant des groupes carbamate donnant, lors de la coloration ou de l'impression avec des colorants, tels que des colorants textiles anioniques, de hautes intensités de coloration, de hauts rendements de fixage et des hautes solidités de couleur. La présente invention concerne également les matériaux cellulosiques produits selon ce procédé. Ces matériaux renfermant des groupes carbamate permettent également de réduire de manière importante l'addition saline qui est nécessaire lors de la coloration. La qualité des eaux usées se voit ainsi nettement améliorée. Les matériaux cellulosiques renfermant des groupes carbamate selon cette invention sont adaptés à des procédés d'impression spécifiques, tels qu'une impression avec des colorants réagissant avec les fibres, utilisant une technologie de jet d'encre ou de transfert à l'état humide à hauts rendements de couleur.
