本发明涉及染色技术领域,具体涉及一种酸性染色助剂。
背景技术
染色在造纸领域应用非常普遍,有色书写纸、包装纸、广告纸、宣传标语纸等都要用进行染色,生产白纸也常常需要添加染料进行调色,消除刺目和暗淡的色调,增加纸张的白度,染料分无机的和有机的、人造的和天然的,染料中以人造染料用途最广,这是由于这类染料颜色多种,可根据不同的用途随意选用,易溶于水,着色力强,染色操作比较简单。在造纸工业中常用的染料有碱性染料、酸性染料、直接染料和荧光增白剂等,酸性染料是造纸中常用的一类染料,但酸性染料与植物纤维没有亲和力,不能与纤维均匀混合,着色力和色泽的鲜艳性较差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的酸性染色与植物纤维没有亲和力,不能与纤维均匀混合,着色力和色泽的鲜艳性较差的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种酸性染色助剂。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种酸性染色助剂,其由以下质量的成分组成:
羧甲基纤维3-4份、双氧水10-12份、糖精钠2-2.5份、氮化硼5-8份、聚乙烯醇10-11份、亚磷酸三苯酯3-3.4份、硅灰2-5份、丙二醇30-32份。
本发明有益效果在于,本发明酸性染色助剂能够提高酸性染料与纤维的亲和力,与酸性染料配合可以提高纸张的鲜艳程度,染色效果较好,染色后色光纯正、滑爽。

实施例1,一种酸性染色助剂,其由以下质量的成分组成:
羧甲基纤维3份、双氧水10份、糖精钠2份、氮化硼5份、聚乙烯醇10份、亚磷酸三苯酯3份、硅灰2份、丙二醇30份。
实施例2,一种酸性染色助剂,其由以下质量的成分组成:
羧甲基纤维4份、双氧水12份、糖精钠2.5份、氮化硼8份、聚乙烯醇11份、亚磷酸三苯酯3.4份、硅灰5份、丙二醇32份。
实施例3,一种酸性染色助剂,其由以下质量的成分组成:
羧甲基纤维3.5份、双氧水11份、糖精钠2.2份、氮化硼6份、聚乙烯醇10.2份、亚磷酸三苯酯3.2份、硅灰3份、丙二醇31份。

羧甲基纤维3-4份、双氧水10-12份、糖精钠2-2.5份、氮化硼5-8份、聚乙烯醇10-11份、亚磷酸三苯酯3-3.4份、硅灰2-5份、丙二醇30-32份。
