図 1 は本願発明に係る物品取出容器 1の外観斜視図、 図 2は物品取出 容器 1 の分解斜視図、 図 3は物品取出容器 1 の透視斜視図、 図 4は物品 取出容器の縦方向の断面図である。
図 1 、 図 2中、 3は後述する菓子等の物品を収容するための容器本体 を示している。 容器本体 3は、 その外郭を構成する部材として下部容器 体 5と当該下部容器体 5に対して上方から接合させる上部容器体 7とか ら構成され、 両者を接合した状態で内部に空間を有した中空状の部材と して形成されている。
また、 容器本体 3は、 前記下部容器体 5および上部容器体 7を接合し た状態で、 球体を上下方向から潰したような扁平した形状に形成されて いる。 すなわち、 後述する図 4に示す断面図のように、 容器本体 3は上 下方向に亘る断面形状が上下方向を短軸、 横幅方向を長軸とする楕円形 状となるように形成されている。
前述のように、 容器本体 3はその内部に空間を備えており、 当該空間 に物品である飴、 チョコレー卜といった固形の菓子等の物品 1 7等が収 容されるようになつている。
また、 前述のように容器本体 3は、 主な構成として下部容器体 5と上 部容器体 7と蓋体 9とを有している。 次に、 下部容器体 5および上部容 器体 7について詳しく説明する。
なお、 本実施の形態に用いる前記物品 1 7は、 球体を潰して扁平させ た錠剤のような形状のものを用いており、 容器本体 3の各部材の形状も 当該物品 1 7の形状に合わせて形成されている。 また、 物品の形状はこ のような形状に限らず球形に近い形状のものであってもよく、 その場合 には当該物品の形状に合わせて各部材が形成される。
下部容器体 5は、 前記容器本体 3の下半分を構成する殻体であり、 上 方に対して円形の開口を有した椀状の部材である。 前記開口を形成する 上端縁 5 aの内側には、 後述する中間部材 1 2を係止するための係止突 起 5 bが、 4力所に等間隔で、 内側に向かって突出するように設けられ ている。 また、 この係止突起 5 bの上部には、 前記上部容器体 7と嵌合 するために、 前記上端縁 5 aよりも上方に突出した嵌合突起 5 cが、 そ れぞれ設けられている。
また、 上端縁 5 aの一側部には外側に向かって、 当該物品取出容器 1 を吊すための紐通部 5 dが設けられている。 この紐通部 5 dに、 所定の 紐を通してル一プ状にすると、 首や手首、 あるし、は、 壁等に設けられた フックに掛けておくことができる。 以下、 本実施の形態の説明において、 紐通部 5 dを設けた側を容器本 体 3の前部、 紐通部 5 dを設けていない反対側を容器本体 3の後部とし て説明を行う。
上部容器体 7は、 前記容器本体 3の上半分を構成する殻体であり、 下 方に対して円形の開口を有した椀状の部材である。 前記開口を形成する 下端縁 7 aは、 前記下部容器体 5の上端縁 5 aと対向して互いに接合す る部分であり、 上端縁 5 aと略同一の大きさに形成されている。
この下端縁 7 aの内側には、 内側に向かって突出した所定の突起 7 b が設けられている。 この突起 7 bには、 前記下部容器体 5の嵌合突起 5 cが対向し嵌合するための嵌合穴 7 bがそれぞれに設けられている。 ま た、 下端縁 7 aの前部の外側には、 前記下部容器体 5 dの紐通部 5 dと 一致して重なる紐通部 7 eが設けられている。
また、 上部容器体 7の上部側の表面には、 容器本体 3前後方向に亘っ て所定の大きさの略長方形状の開口部 7 dが設けられている。
前記開口部 7 dには、 当該開口部 7 dと略等しい外形を有し、 当該開 口部 7 dを塞ぐ蓋体 9が開閉自在に設けられている。
前記蓋体 9は、 前記のように上部容器体 7の開口部 7 dを開閉自在に 塞ぐものであり、 本実施の形態においては、 蓋体 9の表面形状は閉じた 状態で前記上部容器体 7の表面と同一の曲面となるような形状に形成さ れている。
また、 蓋体 9の一端部には、 左右に若干突出した回動軸 9 aが設けら れている。 この回動軸 9 aは、 詳細は後述するように中間部材 1 2に軸 支され、 該蓋体 9の回動支点となる部位である。
さらに、 蓋体 9の裏面には物品取出手段 1 5が設けられている。 当該 物品取出手段 1 5については、 後述する。
容器本体 3内部には、 さらに次に説明する物品保持部 1 1、 中間部材 1 2、 収容部 1 4が設けられている。
物品保持部 1 1は、 後述するように取り出すべき 1個の物品 1 7を所 定の姿勢を保ったまま保持するためのものであり、 前記下部容器体 5内 側の底部の略中央に設けられている。
この物品保持部 1 1は、 容器本体 3の前後方向をその長手方向とし互 いに対向する左右一対の側壁 3 1 ( 3 1 a、 3 1 b ) と、 前記側壁の後 部を塞ぐように設けられた後部壁 3 3によって構成され、 前部および上 部が開口した形状に形成されたものである。 前記のようにこの物品保持 部 1 1 の前部には開口 1 1 aが形成されており、 当該開口 1 1 aは内部 に物品 1 7が入るための入り口となっている。 また、 左右の各側壁 3 1 a、 3 1 bには、 詳細には後述する物品取出手段 1 5の移動および、 物 品保持部 1 1 内に供給された物品を邪魔することなく挟持できるように するため、 略半円形の切欠部 1 1 bが設けられている。
また、 左右の側壁 3 1 a、 3 1 bは、 物品 1 7を移動自在、 かつ立て た姿勢を保持できる程度の幅、 つまり物品 1 7の厚みよりも若干広い間 隔で立設している。 さらに、 物品保持部 1 1 内には、 内部入った 1個の 物品 1 7を所定の位置に止めるために、 後部壁 3 3内側の略中央に、 前 方に突出した所定幅の物品止め 1 1 cが設けられている。
また、 物品保持部 1 1 は、 物品 1 7の姿勢を物品取出手段 1 5によつ て取り出せる程度の状態に保つことがてききれば、 必ずしも物品 1 7を 動かないように固定するものに限られず、 姿勢を保持できるものであれ ばよい。
次に、 容器本体 3内部に設けられた姿勢規制手段 1 0について説明す る。 姿勢規制手段 1 0は、 不規則に収容された物品 1 7の姿勢を一定の 状態にして、 物品 1 7を前記物品保持部 1 1 内に入れることを目的とし たものである。 当該姿勢規制手段 1 0は、 本実施の形態では、 物品を収 容する収容部 1 4の底板 1 3を構成する部材および前記物品保持部を取 り囲むように立設した仕切壁 2 1 とともに、 当該仕切壁 2 1の一部であ つて前記物品保持部の開口 1 1 aと対向する位置に設けられた細幅の開 口 2 3として一体的に設けられている部分である。
前記姿勢規制手段 1 0と一体に形成されている底板 1 3は、 物品 1 7 を前記物品保持部 1 1 に向かって滑らせて、 または転がして送り込むた めに傾斜面等を設けたのものである。 この底板 1 3は、 本実施の形態で は左右対称の形状をなしており、 前部側中央から後方に向けて下降傾斜 する底面を形成した溝 1 3 aを有している。 当該溝 1 3 aは前記開口 2 3と略同じ幅に形成され、 下降傾斜した底面は前記物品保持部 1 1の底 面との間に段差が生じないように連なっている。 すなわち、 後述するよ うに当該溝 1 3 aに入り込んだ物品 1 7が、 溝 1 3 a内を転がるように して開口 2 3を介して物品保持部 1 1 に入るようになつている。
また、 底板 1 3の前部側であって前記溝 1 3 aの左側には、 当該溝 1 3 aに物品 1 7を集めるために、 左側から中央方向に向けて緩やかに下 降傾斜する緩傾斜面 1 3 bが設けられている。 さらに、 この緩傾斜面 1 3 bに連なる底板 1 3の後方側には、 後方から前面側に向けてやや急に 下降傾斜する後部傾斜面 1 3 cが設けられている。
同様に、 溝 1 3 aの右側には、 右側から中央方向に向けて緩やかに下 降傾斜する緩傾斜面 1 3 dが設けられ、 当該緩傾斜面 1 3 dに連なる底 板 1 3の後部 (こは後方から前面側に向けてやや急に下降傾斜する傾斜面 1 3 eが設けられている。
また、 この底板 1 3の略中央には、 前記物品保持部 1 1 を、 所定の間 隙を隔てて囲むように仕切壁 2 1 ( 2 1 a 2 1 b ) が左右対称に立設 されている。 この構成により、 仕切壁 2 1の外側、 底板 1 3の上部およ び前記上部容器体 7の内側で囲まれる部分によって、 複数の物品 1 7を 収容する収容部 1 4を形成している。 そして、 収容部 1 4内に収容され た物品 1 7が前記緩傾斜面 1 3 b、 1 3 dおよび後部傾斜面 1 3 c、 1 3 e上を移動して溝 1 3 aに集まるようになっているものである。
前記のように、 仕切壁 2 1の外側は物品 1 7の収容部 1 4となってい るが、 仕切壁 2 1 の内側は蓋 9の開閉に伴って移動する物品取出手段 1 5が出没できるような大きさを傭えた収容空間 2 5となっている。 本実 施の形態においては、 当該空間 2 5は、 前記物品取出手段 1 5の形態に 合わせて、 後部側から前部側に向かって段階的に左右の幅が狭〈なるよ うな形状に形成され、 さらにその前部側には前述の開口 2 3が形成され ている。
さらに、 この仕切壁 2 1は、 その上端縁が、 前記蓋体 9が閉じられた 場合にその裏面と当接し、 蓋体 9が、 前記上部容器体 7の表面と沿う位 置で保持されるような高さに形成されている。 また、 この仕切壁 2 1上 縁の後方部分には、 前記蓋体 9の前記回動軸 9 aを回動自在に軸支する 軸受け部としての切欠部 2 7 ( 2 7 a s 2 7 b ) が、 それぞれ設けられ ている。 当該切欠部 2 7は、 前記上部容器体 7が装着されることによつ てその上部が塞がれ、 支持した回動軸 9 aが抜け落ちないように保持さ れるようになっている。
また、 底板 1 3の外形は、 前記下部容器体 5の開口付近の内側の形状 に合わせて略円形をなしており、 下部容器体 5の内側面に対して装着さ れるようになっている。 底板 1 3外縁の所定位置には、 前記下部容器体 5に設けた係止突起 5 bに対応した係止切欠部 1 3 kが設けられており、 前記係止突起 5 bと係合し係止されることで、 前記下部容器体 5の内側 面に装着される。 この状態で、 前述のように物品保持部 1 1の開口 1 1 aと、 底板 1 3の溝 1 3 aおよび開口 2 3の位置が一致するようになつ ている。 次に、 物品取出手段 1 5について説明する。
物品取出手段 1 5は、 前記蓋体 9の裏面の所定位置に設けられたもの であり、 腕部状の一対の狭持片 1 5 aを有している。 この物品取出手段 1 5は、 本実施の形態では、 例えば、 装飾体として動物やアニメーショ ンの主人公等をモチーフとしたキャラクタ一等の模型体として構成され、 キャラクタ一の両腕に相当する部分が前記一対の挟持片 1 5 aとして構 成されている。
狭持片 1 5 aは可撓性を有した部材であって、 前記物品保持部 1 1 に 配置された物品 1 7を両側部から狭持するものであり、 本実施の形態で は、 前記物品 1 7の厚みに相当する、 例えば 5 m m程度の間隔を持って 配置されている。
すなわち、 物品取出手段 1 5が設けられた蓋体 9を閉じると、 物品取 出手段 1 5は、 前記物品保持部 1 1の所定の位置に止められた 1個の物 品 1 7を狭持し、 蓋体 9を開く動作に伴って、 狭持された物品 1 7を物 品取出手段 1 5から取り出すことができるようになつている。
次に、 上記構成の物品取出容器 1 に複数の物品 1 7を収容し、 収容さ れた物品 1 7を 1個ずつ取り出す様子について説明する。
物品取出容器 1の蓋体 9の後方を押すと、 蓋体 9の前方が持ち上げら れ蓋体 9が開く。 蓋体 9が開いたら、 蓋体 9の開口部 7 dから、 仕切壁 2 1 a N 2 1 bの外側 （収容部 1 4内） に、 後に一つずつ取り出すこと になる物品 1 7を収容する。
収容部 1 4に収容された物品 1 7は、 容器本体 3を軽く振ったり、 摇 らしたりすることで最初の 1個が後部傾斜面 1 3 c、 1 3 eや緩傾斜面 1 3 b、 1 3 dから、 溝 1 3 a内に滑り落ちる。 このとき、 最初の物品 1 7は幅方を溝 1 3 a内にガイ ドされ、 傾斜して次第に溝 1 3 aが深く なるように形成された底面上を転がり、 開口 2 3を介して物品保持部 1 1内に送られる。 このように、 当該溝 1 3 aおよび開口 2 3が、 物品 1 7を前記狭持片 1 5 aによって狭持可能な姿勢に規制し、 物品保持部 1 1に供給するための姿勢規制手段として作用するようになっている。 続いて、 2個〜 3個の物品 1 7が、 順次、 後部傾斜面 1 3 c、 1 3 e や緩傾斜面 1 3 b、 1 3 dから溝 1 3 aに下降して滑り落ち、 溝 1 3 a 内に連なって物品保持部 1 1に供給可能な状態となる。
上記物品保持部 1 1に物品 1 7が供給された状態で、 容器本体 3に蓋 体 9を閉じると、 図 3 ( a ) 、 図 4 ( a ) に示すように、 蓋体 9の裏側 に設けられた物品取出手段 1 5の一対の狭持部 1 5 aが、 上方から下方 に向かって円弧を描いて回動し、最初の物品 1 7を狭持する。このとき、 上述したように、 物品保持部 1 1の両側壁 3 1 a、 3 1 b部に切欠部 1 1 bを設け、 物品保持部 1 1 と仕切壁 2 1 a、 2 1 bの間に間隙が設け られていることにより、 物品取出手段 1 5の狭持部 1 5 aは、 物品保持 部 1 1 や仕切壁 2 1 a、 2 1 bと接触することなく、 物品 1 7の略最大 幅部分を狭持する。
また、 仕切壁 2 1 a、 2 1 bで囲まれた空間には不要な物品 1 7が入 り込まないようになっているので、 不要な物品 1 7が物品取出手段 1 5 の回動を妨げることがないようになつている。
次に、 前記閉じた蓋体 9を再び開くと、 物品取出手段 1 5の一対の狭 持部 1 5 aは、 最初の物品 1 7を狭持したまま、 下方から円弧を描いて 上方に移動し、 物品 1 7を容器本体 3の外部に取り出す （図 3 ( b ) 、 図 4 ( b ) 参照） 。
一方、 容器本体 3に収容された他の物品 1 7は、 最初の 1個が取り出 されると同時に、 物品保持部 1 1 が空の状態となるため、 溝 1 3 a内の 次の物品 1 7が物品保持部 1 1 に供給される。 そして、 溝 1 3 aには、 2個〜 3個の物品 1 7が連なって配置された状態となっているので、 物 品 1 7が取り出される度に、 順次、 後部傾斜面 1 3 c、 1 3 eや緩傾斜 面 1 3 b、 1 3 dから溝 1 3 a内に滑り落ち、 物品保持部 1 1 に物品 1 7が供給されるようになっている。
このように、 容器本体 3の収容部 1 4に収容された物品 1 7は、 収容 部 1 4内にあるときは不規則な姿勢で収容されているが、 後部傾斜面 1 3 c、 1 3 eや緩傾斜面 1 3 b、 1 3 dから、 溝 1 3 a内に入ってから 開口 2 3を通過する段階でそれらが一定の姿勢となり、 物品保持部 1 1 に供給される。 して、 この状態で蓋体 9を閉じて開くことにより、 収容 部 1 4内に不規則に収容した物品 1 7を、 1個ずつ取り出すことができ るようになっている。
なお、 上記実施の形態では、 蓋体 9を長方形状として説明したが、 特 に長方形状には限定されない。
また、 上記実施の形態では、 物品取出手段を蓋の裏面に固定した構造 として説明したが、 蓋の開閉に連動して物品取出手段が動作する機構で あればよく、 上記の例に限定されない。
また、 上記実施の形態では、 物品取出手段が取り出す物品を、 球体を 扁平させた錠剤状の形状のものとして説明したが、 球体や円環状であつ てもよく所定姿勢に規制して配置できれば、 物品の形状は特に限定され ない。 産業上の利用可能性
本願発明は、 ケース本体内に収容された飴、 チョコレート等の菓子を 取り出すことができる物品取出容器に利用可能な技術である。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 下記の要件を備えたことを特徴とする物品取出容器。
(ィ） 所定形状の複数の物品を収容することが可能な収容部を備えた容 器本体と蓋体とから構成されていること。
(口） 前記容器本体の表面の所定位置には前記容器本体内部に連通する 開口が形成されており'、 当該開口を開閉自在に塞ぐために前記蓋体が容 器本体に対して設けられていること。
(ハ） 前記蓋体の裏面若しくは裏面付近には、 前記容器本体内に収容さ れた物品を挟持して、 蓋体の開動作に伴って物品を容器本体内から取り 出すための物品取出手段が設けられていること。
2 . 下記の要件を備えたことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の物品取出容器。 (ィ） 前記容器本体には、 不規則な姿勢で収容されている物品を、 前記 物品取出し手段が狭持可能な姿勢に規制するための姿勢規制手段が設け られていること。
(□) 前記物品取出手段と対向する容器本体内の所定位置には、 前記姿 勢が規制された状態で物品を保持するための物品保持手段が設けられて いること。
3 . 請求項 2記載の物品取出容器であって、 前記収容部内の底部の全部 または一部には、 前記姿勢規制手段およびまたは物品保持手段に向かつ て下降傾斜する斜面が形成されていること。
