Abstract
Ensemble outil, en particulier pour l'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux à l'aide de machines à grande vitesse, qui comporte un élément de retenue avec tige (10) de machine destiné à être reçu dans une broche porte-outil d'une machine-outil et une tige mince (3) d'outil. Ces deux tiges sont traversées par un alésage situé dans la zone de l'axe central longitudinal de la tige mince et essentiellement concentrique à cet axe. La présente invention concerne encore un outil pour ledit ensemble, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de l'outil et l'utilisation d'un corps de coupe. Un corps de coupe (1) interchangeable en matière dure est pressé d'un seul tenant avec une cheville (2) ou bien une cheville est ajoutée par assemblage précis par un mouvement arrière.
