請求 の 範 囲
1 . ナ イ ロ ン部材 を 含 ん だ所定形 状 の 大 き さ に さ れ た 荷 札 と 、 裏側 に 感熱材 を 塗布 し た所定形状 の 送 り 状 と を 切 取線で 繋 げ た 第 1 の 紙体 と 、
前記第 1 の 紙体 の 前 記送 り 状 と 同 じ 大 き さ に さ れ て 、 前記送 り 状 の 下 に 設 け ら れ て 前記切取線付近 で 圧着 さ れ て 前記 送 り 状へ の 熱圧着時 の 文字が複写 さ れた 第 2 の 紙 体 と 、
前記第 1 の 紙体 を 最 上位 に 、 前記第 2 の 紙体 が前記送 り 状 の 下 に さ れて 、 前記 切 取線 の 付近 と 前記荷札 の 枠領 域 と で 台 紙 に 圧着 さ れて な る 複写式サー マ ル送 り 状伝票

荷受 人 コ ー ド と 、 配送年 月 日 と 、 問 合番号 と 、 荷受 人 情報 と 、 荷 送 人情報 と 、 ノ 一 コ ー ド と 、 数量 と 、 便 名 と 、 保 険 金 額 と 、 配達指 定 日 と が印 字 さ れ、
前記第 2 の 紙体 は 、 到着 原票 と な り 、
