Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé destinés à un service téléphonique et conçus pour fournir à un utilisateur (1) une description de trajet menant à un objet géographique, ainsi que des informations relatives à cet objet, lequel peut être, par exemple, une société, un type de société, une adresse ou analogue. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: l'utilisateur (1) établit une connexion par l'intermédiaire d'un système de communication (20, 50), de préférence, un système téléphonique mobile (20), avec un dispositif de service vocal (40) comprenant un serveur de services vocaux, puis l'utilisateur (1) donne une commande verbale au dispositif de service vocal (40), laquelle commande comprend une requête concernant un type d'objet géographique; le dispositif de service vocal (40) dérive, à partir d'une base de données (70) connectée au système de communication (20), des informations de position associées audit objet et donne à l'utilisateur (1), au moyen d'un discours synthétisé, ces informations de position associées.
