Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble bague coupante, constitué d'un écrou-raccord et d'au moins une bague de coupe, pour la fabrication de raccords vissés. Une surface de bague extérieure (8, 9) conique ou cylindrique de la bague de coupe (2), ou une surface intérieure (5, 3) conique ou cylindrique correspondante de l'écrou-raccord (1), présente un moyen servant à fixer l'écrou-raccord sur au moins une bague de coupe. Ce moyen de fixation de l'écrou-raccord (1) sur au moins une bague de coupe (2) est soit conçu sous forme de matériau de liaison soit constitué d'un anneau plastique ou élastomère (11, 13, 16, 18), dont le diamètre extérieur est adapté au diamètre de filet de la surface intérieure correspondante de l'écrou-raccord (1). Cet anneau plastique ou élastomère (11) est placé ou appliqué par pression sur la surface extérieure correspondante (9) de la bague de coupe (2) ou la surface intérieure correspondante (4,3) de l'écrou-raccord (1), de manière à obtenir un ajustage serré. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, cet anneau plastique ou élastomère (11) est collé sur la surface extérieure correspondante (9) de la bague de coupe (2) ou la surface intérieure correspondante (5) de l'écrou-raccord (1). Des anneaux plastiques ou élastomères présentant des éléments de fixation tels que des nervures, des rainures ou des saillies peuvent également être utilisés.
