本发明不局限于上述实施例, 只要在自动扶梯或移动人行道的扶手外表面上 有与扶手结合成一体的表面层, 比如, 在本发明扶手上多次实施上述实施例, 特 别是采用多段结构组成表面层的扶手, 均应认为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种自动扶梯或移动人行道的扶手, 包括扶手本体和覆盖在扶手本体 外表面上的表面层, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6) 是分段的。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述组成表面层 (6) 的 主要材料是纸、 纺织物、 金属箔、 塑料薄片、 赛珞玢薄片、 橡胶薄片或者它 们的复合物。

3. 根据权利要求 2所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6) 的材料 的厚度大于 0.01毫米小于 1毫米。
4. 根据权利 1所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述组成表面层 (6 ) 的各段 的材料可以不相同。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6 ) 的背面 涂覆有适用结合材料。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 使所述组成表面层 (6 ) 的各段与扶手本体 (5 ) 相结合的材料可以不相同。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6 ) 是一种 涂覆层。 .'— " -一 ―. 一
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述涂覆层是印刷层、 喷 涂层、 刷涂层, 粘涂层或者镀膜层。
9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6 ) 和扶手 本体 (5) 之间至少还有一中间层 (8 ) , 中间层 (8) 可以带有符号、 色彩。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6) 的背面 涂覆有适用结合材料。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6) 和中间 层 (8 ) 的面积可以不相同。
12. 根据权利要求 1所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6) 和扶手 本体 (5) 之间至少还有一连接层 (7) 。
13. 根据权利要求要求 12所述的扶手, 其特征在于, 所述连接层 (7 ) 是一双面胶带。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述双面胶粘带 (7) 的两个粘接面的粘接材料可以不相同。
15. 根据权利要求 12所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表面层 (6) 的面 积和连接层 (7) 的面积可以不相同。
16. 根据权利要求 1至 15中任何一项所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 表面层 ( 6) 的外表面和扶手本体 (5 ) 的外表面之间的厚度小于 5毫米。
17. 根据权利要求 1至 15中任何一项所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表 面层 (6) 中的各段可以有不相同的形状。
18. 根据权利要求 1至 15中任何一项所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表 面层 (6) 中的各段相对扶手本体 (5 ) 长度方向中心线的位置可以不相同。
19. 根据权利要求 1至 15中任何一项所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表 面层 (6) 中各段之间的间隙可以不相等。
20. 根据权利要求 1至 15中任何一项所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表 面层 (6) 的各段可以相互搭接叠合。
21. 根据权利要求 1至 15中任何一项所述的扶手, 其特征在于: 所述表 面层 (6) 沿扶手带纵向的长度大于其宽度。
