Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zum Verteilen eines stückigen Schüttgutes, insbesondere von zumindest teilweise vorreduziertem Eisenerz, auf eine ausgedehnte Fläche, insbesondere auf ein Festbett, wobei sich diese Fläche in einem Reaktor oder Behälter der physikalischen oder chemischen Verfahrenstechnik, insbesondere in einem Reaktor eines Hüttenwerkes zur Erzeugung von Roheisen oder Stahlvorprodukten, erstreckt, und das stückige Schüttgut über mindestens eine Chargiervorrichtung chargiert wird, die zumindest zwei, insbesondere rotationssymetrische, Fallbeine aufweist, welche vorzugsweise in gleichem Abstand von der vertikalen Longitudinalachse des Reaktors angeordnet sind. Dabei wird zumindest ein Anteil des Schüttgutes, insbesondere nach Einleitung in das Fallbein, vor seinem Auftreffen auf der ausgedehnten Fläche an einer, zumindest einem der Fallbeine zugeorneten, Streueinrichtung, vorzugsweise in dem Fallbein, in - von oben gesehen - radiale und/oder tangentiale Richtung verteilt.
