Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA DISTRIBUIçãO DE UM MATERIAL A GRANEL ENCAROçADO". A invenção relaciona-se a um aparelho e a um processo para distribuir um material a granel encaroçado, em particular ferro-gusa que foi pelo menos parcialmente pré-reduzido, sobre uma superfície extensa, em particular sobre uma cama fixa, esta superfície estendendo-se dentro de um reator ou vaso utilizado na tecnologia de processo físico ou químico, em particular em um reator utilizado em uma planta metalúrgica para produzir ferro-gusa ou produtos de aço primário, e o material a granel encaroçado sendo carregado através de pelo menos um aparelho carregador, que tem pelo menos dois escorregadouros, em particular rotacionalmente simétricos, que estão preferivelmente dispostos na mesma distância do eixo longitudinal vertical do reator. Nesta disposição, pelo menos uma proporção do material a granel, em particular depois dele ter sido introduzido dentro do escorregadouro, antes dele vir em contato com a superfície extensa, é distribuído na direção radial e/ou tangencial (como visto de cima) em um dispositivo espalhador que é designado para pelo menos um dos escorregadouros e está preferivelmente no escorregadouro.
