Cette méthode comporte une opération de constitution d'un utilisateur du numéro de téléphone Internet (type E164) à stocker dans le téléphone web, établissant un serveur de services de numéro de téléphone Internet et ce, afin de fournir un service de numéro de téléphone Internet sur un réseau Internet, une opération d'enregistrement de l'utilisateur recevant le numéro de téléphone Internet (type E164) à stocker dans le téléphone web émanant du serveur susmentionné sur le réseau Internet ainsi qu'une phase de guidage du serveur aidant l'utilisateur à choisir le prestataire de services téléphoniques Internet auquel il réglera ses frais téléphoniques, par stockage de données relatives aux prestataires de services téléphoniques Internet respectifs.
