  • Such state-of-the-art equipment is known for handling returnable bottles, wherein the returnable bottle is identified as regards either the bar code or the profile or as regards both, or in which equipment solution the bottle thus identified is led further forwards into a storage station, e.g. on to a storage table. Based on the performed identification, the person returning the bottle is given a pawn or a receipt or return money, according to the return in question. The person returning the bottle feeds the returnable bottle on to a conveyor located by the front panel of the bottle return automaton and the conveyor moves the returnable bottle further past identifying equipment, such as a scanner or a bar camera, forward in the equipment.
