Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft transgene Pflanzen mit einer stabil in das Genom integrierten regulatorischen Nukleinsäuresequenz gemäß SEQ ID NO:1, oder deren Fragment oder Derivat oder Homolog mit der biologischen Funktion eines Promotors, und einer mit dieser Nukleinsäuresequenz funktionell verbundenen für ein Genprodukt codierenden Nukleinsäuresequenz, insbesondere der Nukleinsäuresequenz gemäß SEQ ID NO:2, oder deren Fragment oder Derivat oder Homolog mit der biologischen Aktivität der Wachstumsregulierung.
