Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de l'industrie alimentaire. L'aliment de l'invention est préparé à partir de matières premières d'origine végétale ou d'un mélange avec des matières premières d'origine végétale. On introduit dans l'aliment à préparation rapide des liants et des exhausteurs de goût. On utilise en tant que liant un additif combiné constitué d'un mélange de composants suivants : additifs phosphatés, sodium ou ammoniac bicarbonates, acide tartrique, acide acétique, gélifiants, acides aminés contenant du soufre, aluns de sulfate de potassium, citrate acétyl-triéthyle, disaccharides, sucres réducteurs, substances tensioactives et farine de blé. L'additif combiné est introduit dans la substance préparée et agit sur cette dernière lors du traitement thermique à une température comprise entre 40° et 100°. Le produit peut être fait à partir de parties constitutives sèches et contenir un ou plusieurs composants. Ces composants peuvent être disposés en couches, chaque composant conservant sa propre structure.
