Abstract

Es ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundvlieses aus zumindest einem Spunbondvlies und einer auf dieses Spunbondvlies aufgelegten Woodpulpschicht zur Herstellung eines Hygieneprodukts bekannt. Danach wird das Spunbondvlies vor der Aufgabe der Pulpschicht hydrodynamisch vernadelt zur Erhöhung der Flüssigkeitsverteileigenschaften. Dies hat aber zur Folge, dass die Pulpschicht nicht mehr vernadelt werden kann, denn dann würde der Pulp durch das Vlies ausgewaschen werden. Eine Verfestigung des Spunbondvlieses ist aber wegen der wünschenswerten Abriebfestigkeit erforderlich. Um dies Problem zu lösen, ist vorgesehen, ein Spunbondvlies vor der Beschichtung mit dem superabsorbierenden Material zur Vorverfestigung mit Pressluft zu verdichten oder zu kalandrieren, dann die Woodpulpschicht aufzugeben und beides zusammen mit einer hydrodynamischen Wasservernadelung zu verfestigen und dann zu trocknen. Eine weitere Kalandrierung kann sich anschließen. Dem Spunbondvlies als Trägerschicht kann ein weiteres vorverfestigtes wie kalandriertes Spunbond- oder Krempelvlies auf die Woodpulpschicht oder umgekehrt aufgelegt werden.
