17 請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 絶縁性の基板、 前記基板上に配置された作用極および対極を含む電 極系、 並びに少なく とも酸化還元酵素、 親水性高分子および電子伝達体 を包含する試薬系を具備するバイオセンサであって、 前記試薬系が、 測 定対象の基質と前記酸化還元酵素との直接反応により生成する有機生成 物を他の化合物に変換する機能を有する物質を包含することを特徴とす るバイォセンサ。
2 . 前記試薬系が、 前記電極系上またはその近傍に設けられた請求の範 囲第 1項に記載のバイオセンサ。
3 . 絶縁性の基板、 前記基板上に配置された作用極および対極を含む電 極系、 前記基板上に配置されて前記基板との間に前記電極系への試料液 供給路を形成するカバー部材、 並びに前記試料液供給路に露出する部分 に設けられた試薬系を具備し、 前記試薬系が、 少なく とも酸化還元酵素. 親水性高分子、 電子伝達体、 および測定対象の基質と前記酸化還元酵素 との直接反応により生成する有機生成物を他の化合物に変換する機能を 有する物質を包含することを特徴とするバイオセンサ。
4 . 前記試薬系が前記電極系に接している請求の範囲第 3項に記載のバ ィォセンサ。
5 . 前記試薬系が、 p H緩衝剤を含む請求の範囲第 1 または 3項に記載 のバイォセンサ。
6 . 前記酸化還元酵素が /3— D —グルコースォキシダーゼ (E C

9. 前記酸化還元酵素がピロ口キノ リンキノン依存型グルコースデヒ ド ロゲナーゼ (E C 1. 1. 9 9. 1 7 ) であり、 前記有機生成物であ る D—グルコノー δ—ラク トンを他の化合物に変換する機能を有する物 質がダルコノー δ—ラク トナーゼ (E C 3. 1. 1. 1 7 ) である請 求の範囲第 1または 3項に記載のバイオセンサ。
