Abstract

Par une action d'entrée supplémentaire, la fonction choisie est sélectionnée. Pour les utilisateur non expérimentés ou qui ne s'intéressent qu'aux fonctions de base, les boutons tournants peuvent être réduits à un seul, de façon à pouvoir diminuer la complexité du dialogue. Au fur et à mesure de la pratique, l'utilisateur peut progressivement tirer les autres boutons tournants et inclure les fonctions associées à ces boutons dans son interaction. L'utilisateur expérimenté peut au contraire immédiatement accéder éventuellement à la totalité des boutons tournants. Les boutons tournants sont équipés de capteurs de contact (7, 8, 9), de façon que la représentation sur le dispositif d'affichage optique variable correspond au bouton tournant qui est alors soumis à un contact.
