Description

具有主动闪光装置的工作服
技术领域
本发明为关于一种具有主动闪光装置工作服的改良, 系指一种藉由发光二极管 与反光物所组成的广视角及高亮度的主动闪光装置, 再并联环绕于工作服的反光条 的前、 后及两侧, 以达到保护工作者的安全为目的。 发明背景
习知安全工作服, 请参阅图 1所示, 该工作服 Γ 显示出工作者的位置系藉由 反光条 1Γ 在夜间作安全辨识, 但是, 由于其只能作短距离的辨识, 以致于夜间开 车的驾驶员, 无法于远距离时即作闪避的动作, 从而造成许多不幸的事故。 再者, 请参阅图 2所示, 该工作服 2' 系藉由发光二极管 2Γ 及反光条 1 Γ 作广视角的发 光, 用来供行驶中的车辆, 对其闪烁的灯光作出警示反应, 然其发光二极管 2 的 发光亮度较暗及投射面积较小, 亦仅能供驾驶者作短距离的闪避或煞车, 而且光度 亦较暗, 以致于无法提供显著警示作用, 失去保护工作者安全的作用。
上述习知安全工作服, 虽能对驾驶者提供警示的功效, 但综合其缺失如下:
( 1 ) 具有反光条的工作服无法对驾驶者提供远距离的警示作用。
(2) 具有发光二极管的工作服无法提供较明亮的警示光度。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有主动闪光装置的安全工作服, 系在该工作 服的前、后及两侧的反光条上, 各排列环绕复数个可供各方向辨识的主动闪光装置, 该主动闪光装置藉由外部按钮装置按压接通电路, 促成电源供应器导通供应电源, 并使得振荡器或脉冲发生器发出周期性的闪烁信号, 再经由限流装置的保护, 及驱 动器作驱动放大, 使并联连接的复数个主动闪光装置作出闪烁动作, 该主动闪烁装 置的构造特征是发光二极管藉由衔接电源及闪烁信号的传导线, 使发光二极管闪烁 发光, 该发光二极管的投射在反光物再反射回来, 并配合其光反射的合成体的广角 投射及扩大投射面积的设计, 使得投射范围加大及亮度增强, 促使迎向来车可从远 距离辨识警示者。
其中, 上述的主动闪光装置系由容装体、 接线盖、 光反射的合成体、 发光二极 管、 衔接架及上、 下盖所组成, 该容装体是用来套合光反射的合成体, 该光反射的 合成体作适合广角投射及扩大投射面积的设计, 并在光反射的合成体表面贴上一层 反光物, 供应发光二极管的光源反射, 而接线盖与衔接架则结合为一体, 并且配合 上、 下盖的装置, 使得前述的元件结合于容装体。
本发明中, 发光二极管藉由具有广角及增强投射面积的光反射的合成体, 并贴 上一层反光物构成主动闪光装置, 使发光二极管直接投射至反光物, 再经由反光物 反射, 使得发光二极管的光源投射的视角度更宽广、 投射面积更扩大及发出亮度更 明亮, 可供于远距离时即得知警示的效果。
本发明系将主动闪光装置设于工作服的前、 后及二侧的反光条上, 让工作者的 工作服能警示于各方向的来车, 作长距离辨识。
本发明主动闪光装置体积小、 外型美观及易于置放。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细阐述。
首先请参阅图 3, 本发明的立体图, 该工作服 1系在前、 后、 及两侧均有排列 环绕复数个主动闪光装置 2在反光条上, 该主动闪光装置 2的外型呈扁平、 小巧及 美观的结构, 且容易置放于工作服上, 并能对各方向来车作出警示的作用。
再请参阅图 4及图 5, 系本发明的前视图及后视图, 该工作服 1是从左及右肩 带到下腰带, 各排列复数个主动闪光装置 2在反光条上, 而环绕腰带前、后及两侧, 也都排列复数个主动闪光装置 2在反光条上; 前视部份藉由黏合带作穿上或脱下工 作服的动作。
请参阅图 6, 其工作服的电路动作系由按钮装置 3、 振荡器或脉冲发生器 4、 限 流装置 41、 驱动器 42、 复数个主动闪光装置 2及电源供应器 5所组成, 其电路藉由 外部的按钮装置 3受手按压接通电路, 使得电源供应器 5导通其所供应电源, 促使 振荡器或脉冲发生器 4送出周期性的闪烁信号,其信号及电流经限流装置.41作限制 大电流通过及保护驱动器 42的作用, 再经由驱动器 42作放大及驱动电流, 使得复 数个并联连接的主动闪光装置 2作出闪烁的动作。
再请参阅图 7所示, 其主动闪光装置 2系由容装体 27、 接线盖 24、 光反射的 合成体 21、 发光二极管 22、 衔接架 25、 及上、 下盖 23、 26所组成。
主动闪光装置 2的容装体 27用来套合光反射的合成体 21, 该光反射的合成体 21呈梯形槽状的设计, 使得其投射角度较广及投射面积增大, 并且在光反射的合成 体 21各表面贴上一层反光物 211, 用来供应发光二极管 22作光源反射, 其插脚 221 及插孔 222穿过插孔口 223与一接线盖 24的衔接架 25的插孔鞘 251插合且固定为 一体, 并配合刺尖架 252刺破传导线的保护层, 致传导线经过衔接架 25与发光二极 管 22结合为一体, 而且脚架 253则使传导线固定, 并且配合上、 下盖 23、 26的结 合, 使得前述元件稳固结合于容装体 27。
该主动闪光装置 2的光源如图 8及图 9所示: 其发光二极管 22的光源经反光 物 211反射其光源, 并配合光反射的合成体 21广角投射, 及扩大投射面积的设计, 使其投射范围加大及光度增强, 促使其迎向来车作远距离辨识的警示。
综上所述, 本发明具有主动闪光装置工作服的改良, 显然较习知更能增添警示 的效果, 使工作者更具安全性的保护。

权利要求书
1、 一种具有主动闪光装置的工作服, 是在该工作服的前、 后及两侧的反光条 上, 各排列环绕复数个可供各方向辨识的主动闪光装置, 该主动闪光装置藉由外部 按钮装置按压接通电路, 促成电源供应器导通供应电源, 并使得振荡器或脉冲发生 器发出周期性的闪烁信号, 再经由限流装置的保护, 及驱动器作驱动放大, 使并联 连接的复数个主动闪光装置作出闪烁动作, 该主动闪烁装置的构造特征是发光二极 管藉由衔接电源及闪烁信号的传导线, 使发光二极管闪烁发光, 该发光二极管的投 射在反光物再反射回来, 并配合其光反射的合成体的广角投射及扩大投射面积的设 计, 使得投射范围加大及亮度增强, 促使迎向来车可从远距离辨识警示者。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的具有主动闪光装置的工作服, 其中所述的主动闪光装 置系由容装体、 接线盖、 光反射的合成体、 发光二极管、 衔接架及上、 下盖所组成, 该容装体是用来套合光反射的合成体, 该光反射的合成体作适合广角投射及扩大投 射面积的设计, 并在光反射的合成体表面贴上一层反光物, 供应发光二极管的光源 反射, 而接线盖与衔接架则结合为一体, 并且配合上、 下盖的装置, 使得前述的元 件结合于容装体。
