Abstract

Selon l'invention, pour exercer un guidage efficace et une adaptation souple à différents profils de champignons de rails, il est prévu un dispositif pour séparer des excès de métal de soudage du profil de rail d'une soudure de joint de rails entre deux extrémités de rails, qui est pourvu de serre-flans (18) ajustables en hauteur et conçus de manière à pouvoir enserrer par en dessous le champignon de rail du profil de rail à travailler. Il est prévu de part et d'autre de deux sabots de cisaillement (5,6) déterminés pour cisailler les excès de métal de soudage, un serre-flan (18). Chaque serre-flan (18) est formé globalement par une tige dont l'extrémité inférieure se termine en une section de profil déterminée pour enserrer par en dessous le champignon de rail. Le serre-flan (18) peut être réglé en hauteur, ainsi que par ailleurs, perpendiculairement à un plan moyen longitudinal (14) vertical du châssis du dispositif. Des pièces de guidage prévues pour enserrer latéralement le profil de champignon de rail et destinées à exercer un effet de guidage latéral peuvent également être ajustées. On peut ainsi obtenir un dispositif approprié pouvant s'adapter de manière aisée à différents profils de champignons de rails.
