Abstract

Le problème des chaînes traditionnelles réside soit dans le montage complexe des maillons individuels avec les pièces de coulissage correspondantes, avec les difficultés de fabrication et de montage qui en découlent, soit dans l'utilisation de baguettes de coulissage, particulièrement exposées à l'usure à certains endroits, et difficiles à remplacer. Un maillon (1) complet avec élément porteur (6) est par exemple réalisé à partir d'une pièce. Chaque maillon (1) comporte deux pièces de coulissage (12) monopièces identiques. Chaque pièce de coulissage (12) est en forme de U, et vient se positionner exactement sur la branche latérale d'un maillon (1), l'assemblage s'effectue au moyen d'un seul moyen de fixation. Une pièce de coulissage (12) peut être remplacée aisément et fabriquée simplement par ex. par moulage par injection. L'invention concerne également l'apprêt des textiles.
