Said bitrate is the limited bitrate allowed by the transmission channel, referenced 100.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de transmission d'un flux binaire vidéo correspondant à n flux binaires vidéo codés à débit binaire variable multiplexé, alors que les flux binaires audio codés sont associés à des flux binaires vidéo parallèles. Selon le procédé de cette invention, un ou plusieurs paramètres audio sont définis à partir de flux binaires audio, et les affectations de débit binaire respectivement associées aux flux binaires vidéo parallèles sont chacune pondérées par un paramètre de pondération correspondant respectivement à chaque paramètre audio.
