Abstract

La présente invention concerne des cellules épithéliales amniotiques humaines dérivées du placenta à l'accouchement, et des méthodes d'isolement, de culture, et de cryopréservation de celles-ci pour de futures utilisations thérapeutiques. L'invention concerne également des méthodes d'induction de différentiation de ces cellules à multiples potentiels, servant à tester les types de cellules dérivés, et à manipuler les cellules par transfection génique et autres moyens pour des applications thérapeutiques, y compris le remplacement d'enzymes et la thérapie génique, la régénération et le remplacement des tissus, ainsi que les pansements de brûlures et de blessures.
