Abstract

L'invention concerne une nouvelle presse hydraulique de coulée à basse pression, comprenant un ensemble (6) de presse monté sur un plan qui peut coulisser horizontalement sur deux rails ou patins (5) de guidage solidaires de la structure de support verticale, de manière à rendre la région surmontant la matrice (3) accessible depuis le dessus. Le déplacement de la matrice par un chariot ou une grue (7) est ainsi rendu plus aisé. Les rails ou patins de guidage qui se prolongent au delà de la structure de support de l'ensemble de presse peuvent pivoter horizontalement et verticalement afin de réduire l'encombrement de la presse. L'ensemble de presse coulisse latéralement portant toute la matrice devant être enlevée et pose cette matrice sur un plan (9) fixe, un plan coulissant ou un chariot (10) élévateur se trouvant à proximité. Une nouvelle matrice peut alors être mise en place soit au moyen de l'ensemble presse qui reçoit la matrice depuis le plan latéral ou le chariot élévateur latéral, soit à l'aide d'un chariot qui peut poser la matrice sur le plateau amovible pendant que l'ensemble de presse enlève l'ancienne matrice.
