Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé publicitaire faisant appel à un signal de rappel. Un contrôleur utilisé dans un système de commutation du côté émetteur reconnaît un numéro de téléphone de l'émetteur et un numéro de téléphone du récepteur composé sur le poste de téléphone de l'émetteur. Le numéro de téléphone du récepteur est alors transmis au système de commutation du côté récepteur lors d'une étape d'appel. Le système de commutation du côté récepteur vérifie l'état du téléphone du récepteur, par exemple, prêt ou occupé, et ensuite, envoie un signal de rappel en fonction de l'état du système de commutation du côté émetteur. Ce système de commutation du côté émetteur reçoit le signal de rappel. Lorsque ce signal est un signal occupé, le système de commutation du côté émetteur envoie ce signal occupé au poste de téléphone de l'émetteur. Dans le cas contraire, le signal de rappel est un signal de retour d'appel qui implique que le téléphone du récepteur est prêt à recevoir un appel, le système de commutation du côté émetteur recherche les informations relatives au numéro enregistré en consultant une base de données liées au contrôleur et vérifie si le numéro de téléphone du récepteur correspond à un numéro enregistré dans la base de données. Lorsqu'il est déterminé que l'émetteur ne correspond pas à un numéro enregistré, le système de commutation du côté émetteur envoie le signal de rappel. Dans le cas contraire, il envoie un message publicitaire prédéterminé mémorisé dans une mémoire de messages publicitaires au poste de téléphone de l'émetteur. Si une réponse, par exemple, un décrochage du téléphone du récepteur est perçue ou si l'émetteur termine l'appel, le système de commutation du côté émetteur arrête l'émission du message publicitaire.
