Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'augmenter le degré de sécurité anti-effraction de même que la résistance aux pluies battantes d'une fenêtre, d'une porte ou similaire. Ce dispositif comprend au moins un dormant (2) composé de préférence de profilés (11) et un châssis de battant (3) présentant une arête de ruissellement des eaux de pluie (29) et pouvant passer d'une position fermée (34) dans au moins une position de ventilation (17). Le profilé de cadre (11) du dormant (2) présente un recouvrement (20) recouvrant l'arête de ruissellement des eaux de pluie (29). En position de ventilation (17), il se forme entre le châssis de battant (3) et le dormant (2), une fente de feuillure (18). Une chambre collectrice des eaux (19) est disposée face à l'arête de ruissellement des eaux de pluie (29) dans le profil (11) du dormant. Par ailleurs au moins une baguette (32) faisant de préférence face à ladite chambre collectrice des eaux est montée pivotante de manière à pivoter dans le châssis de battant (3) et est montée dans une large mesure parallèlement au recouvrement (20). En position fermée (34), cette baguette repose, sollicitée par ressort au moyen d'un accumulateur d'énergie (33), contre la paroi (26) du profilé (11) du dormant. En position de ventilation (17), elle recouvre dans une large mesure la fente de feuillure (18) afin d'éviter toute tentative de pénétrer plus profondément dedans.
