Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'emballage d'un produit préformé (2) à l'aide d'un plateau (1) qui, adapté à la forme du produit (2), présente des bordures (4), lesquelles s'étendent, sur un côté ouvert du plateau, perpendiculairement vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'ouverture (3). Les surfaces des bordures sont constituées de plastique. Le procédé consiste à introduire le produit (2) dans le plateau (1) par le côté ouvert; à recouvrir l'ouverture (3) d'un couvercle (5) dont la surface faisant face au plateau (1) est en plastique; le couvercle (5) est relié aux bordures (4) du plateau (1) de façon étanche. Sont proposées les étapes suivantes: le plateau (1) est aligné et maintenu de telle façon que son ouverture (3) soit verticale, au moins un dispositif de transport (6, 7) déplace le produit (2) et/ou le plateau (1) l'un vers l'autre, de telle façon que le bord inférieur (20) du produit (2) soit situé au niveau du bord inférieur (19) de l'ouverture (3), et le produit (2) est poussé dans le plateau (1)
