Abstract
Dispositif de retenue de broche pour paquets de fil, qui possède une fonction d'amortissement telle qu'il est capable de faire tourner un paquet de fil de grande dimension à une vitesse plus élevée et que les opérations destinées à enlever et à remplacer la broche et les paliers peuvent être effectuées rapidement. Ledit dispositif de retenue comporte un porte-broche (2) qui retient des paliers (19, 20) supérieur et inférieur par l'intermédiaire de bagues d'amortissement (33, 36) supérieure et inférieure en matière caoutchouteuse, un support (29) de palier doté de deux rainures annulaires (31) à fond arrondi ménagées dans une surface circonférentielle externe dudit support, et installé dans un chemin de roulement externe du palier supérieur (19), des bagues d'amortissement (33) à section transversale circulaire en matière caoutchouteuse installées dans les rainures annulaires (31) et une bague d'amortissement inférieure (36) à section transversale de forme arbitraire restreignant le palier inférieur (20) dans le sens radial uniquement et retenant un chemin de roulement externe du palier inférieur (20). Les bagues d'amortissement (33) possèdent une fonction d'amortissement supérieure à celle d'une bague d'amortissement à section transversale carrée et sont capables d'absorber dans les meilleures conditions à tout moment des forces externes, telles qu'une force radiale et une force de poussée, même lorsque ces forces s'exerçant sur le dispositif de retenue de broche sont élevées.
