- the present invention has been invented to overcome the conventional problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide a document file having punching function to simultaneously performed punching and piling operations thereby causing the user to be convenient.
- the present invention provides a document file comprising: a file body; a punch member which is longitudinally secured to said file body; a plurality of guide axes which are longitudinally secured to said file body; a punch body formed punch grooves corresponding to said punch member for moving up and down; elastic means for elastically supporting said punch body in an upper direction; a locking lever for contacting with the upper surface of said punch body; a handle for being manipulated by an user; an operating lever movably combined to one side of said guide axes; a connecting member for hingedly horizontally connecting to said locking lever which is contacted with the upper surface of said punch body; and a connecting lever for hingedly connecting the opposite guide axes.

Therefore, the spring 36 serves the force to the punch body 30 for not being separated the piled state of the document D from the punch member 20.
- the predetermined region is formed between the punch groove 32 and the punch member 20 to be separated the document D from the file.

- the center point of the roller R is positioned at the left side of the central pe ⁇ endicular line of the guide axis 134a. That is, the line which is formed by the roller R and the hinge axis P is moved to the left side by 3 degrees interval from the pe ⁇ endicular central line of the guide 134a.
- the operating lever 140 is stopped its rotation, the punch body 130 is pushed in the upper direction because the spring 136 is compressed.
- the spring 136 serves its retrieval force in the upper direction for he operating lever 140 to be pushed in the down direction thereby to maintained the secured state.
- a connecting lever 152 is disposed horizontally in order to move at the same center with the roller R that disposed at the lower part of the locking lever 144 and the right end of the connecting lever 152 is movably connected to a lever 153 which is movably connected to the guide axis 134b. Furthermore, a roller Ra is disposed at the connecting portion between the lever 153 and the connecting lever 152.
- the locking lever 144 of the operating lever in Fig. 4 is the same as Fig. 1 and other components are the same as the second embodiment. Therefore, detailed description for the same components will be omitted and the same components have the same reference number to easily see.
- the operating lever 140 is movably combined to the upper part of the guide axis 131a via the hinge axis P.
- the locking lever 144 is designed to have a curved shape down from the handle 142 of the operating lever 140 and provides at the lower part thereof with the roller R.

- the operating lever 40 is, the central portion thereof, supported movably with the guide axis 30 via the first hinge axis Pa.
- the connecting lever 210 rotates in clockwise centering around the third hinge axis Pc because the operating lever 40 rotates centering around the first hinge axis Pa. Therefore, the punch body 30 moves down by the guide of the guide axis 34 thereby to move the punch groove 32 toward the punch member 20 so that the inserted document is punched and piled up. At this time, the upper part of the punch member 20 is inserted to the punch groove 32.
- the spring 36 By the stop of the operating lever 40, the spring 36 is in the pressed state to have a retrieval force to push the punch body 30 up. However, because the retrieval force of the spring 36 have an effect on the connecting lever 210 to be pushed in the clockwise, the operating lever 40 can maintain the combined state to the punch body. Meanwhile, when the user intends to separate the piled document from the file, the operating lever 40 must be manipulated in the reverse direction to be changed as shown in Fig. 6a.

- the punch groove portion 31 which is formed with the punch groove 32 is movably supported on the upper surface of the punch body 30 via the hinge axis Pf. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 7a, because the punch member 20 and the punch groove portion 31 can be opened by more large angle, it is preferable when the document is separated from the punch member 20 or when many documents must be piled up to the punch member 20.
- the fifth embodiment is the embodiment that combined the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment and the same reference numbers are used for the same components and the same operation will be omitted.

- the file body 10 provides various punch instruments P which are accomplished by the foregoing description and is piled with the document D by the punching operation of the punch instruments P. Furthermore, according to the sixth embodiment the file body 10 is, at one side thereof, secured with a stapler S. It is preferable that the stapler S is disposed at the region where there is not occupied by the punch instruments P and the document D. In case of the sixth embodiment of the present invention, the stapler is disposed at the upper part of the central portion 10a of the file body 10. It is also preferable that the stapler S is disposed at the lower part of the central portion 10a of the file body 10.
- the punch member 20 is designed to have a longer length than the conventional punch member in order to pile up the punched document.
- the problem is that the punch member must be designed to meet with the punch groove 32 or 132. That is, t can be accomplished the satisfied punching operation when the punch member 20 must be fully met with the punch groove 32 or 132.
- the punch member 20 is at the upper part thereof formed with a concave shape or with a V-shape, the punch groove 32 or 132 must be met with the upper surface of the punch member 20. Therefore, if the upper peripheral surface of the punch member 20 does not fully meet with the inner peripheral surface of the punch groove 32, it can be satisfactorily accomplished the punching operation because the punch member 20 can not insert to the punch groove 32 or 132.
- the embodiment as shown in Fig. 11 is designed to be inserted the central portion of the punch member 20 to the punch groove.
- the punch member 120 includes a mountain portion 122 in which the central portion is formed like the mountain and a sliding lower part 124 formed down slidingly from the mountain portion 122. Therefore, while the upper peripheral surface of the punch member 120 arrives from the portion 120a which is being neighborhood to the mountain portion 122 to the portion 120b which is being neighborhood to the sliding lower part 124 thereby to contact with the inner side of the punch groove 32 or 132, the punching operation for the document can be accomplished.
- the mountain portion 122 is formed at its both sides with the both ends 126 that processed by the curve-shape, the mountain portion 122 can be easily inserted to the punch groove.
- the punch member is widen a permissionable error range thereby to be enhanced a production and manufacturing efficient.
