明 細 書 白金とパラジウムのコロイ ドを主原料とした固形剤の製造方法並びに使用方法 技術分野
本発明は、 白金とパラジウムのコロイ ド溶液を用いた固形製剤とその製造方法 に関するものである。 背景技術
人の健康や生命を脅かす疾患には様々なものがあり、 その原因も又様々である c 最近の研究によると人体の臓器 '血管♦細胞から遺伝子レベルにまで様々な影響 を与えているものに活性酸素があり、 この活性酸素は生体内で様々な疾患の原因 となることが最近の研究で明らかになった。 この様な背景から人の生命や、 健康 維持回復のためこの活性酸素を消去する製剤が要望され、 いろいろな製剤が活性 酸素消去のため抗酸化剤として用いられている。
現在は、 ビタミン C、 Eを筆頭に 一カロチン、 ポリフエノール類、 カテキン類、 生薬エキスなど、 その抗酸化もしくは活性酸素消去の力の大小はあるものの様々 な形で様々な物が用いられている。 その中でも、 医聖といわれた野ロ英世博士の 発想による白金とパラジウムのコロイ ド製剤は、 その活性酸素を消去して疾病の 治療及び予防、 人体の活力増強、 健康増進に驚くべき作用があることは、 既に知 られていることである。
それは、 白金とパラジウムのコロイ ド溶液をガラス製アンプルに充填した経口剤 で、 医薬品としての許可もあり、 広く使用されている。 その活性酸素消去の力は 標準となるビタミン Cの百倍近くもあり、 しかもとりすぎ等による悪影響もない 安全な製剤である。
しかしこの製剤は効力特性の酸化還元力が非常に強く、 従来その効力安定のため に空気や酸素を遮断する必要があるため、 形態がガラス製アンプルにならざるを えず、 その携帯が不便で使用時にガラスの破片などによる危険性があることが指 摘されている。 そのため手軽に携帯 ·使用できる製剤が強く求められていた。 液 状のものを固形化する手段の一つに軟カプセルがあるが、 白金とパラジウムのコ ロイ ドは水分を多く含んでおり、 水溶液は軟カプセル化が出来なかったので、 こ のような金属コロイ ドを空気や酸素と遮断して酸化還元力を保ったまま、 人に経 口投与する事が出来ず、 従って空気と遮断して酸化還元力を保ったまま、 人が経 口投与出来るような固形製剤化は今までできなかつた。 発明の開示
本発明は、 白金とパラジウムのコロイ ドを空気及び酸素から保護し遮断する手 段として、 カプセルの内面すなわち水溶液と接触する面に溶解したキトサンを噴 霧して、 カプセルの内面をコーティングすることによりなされる。
すなわち、 p H 4以下の酸性の条件下で溶解した分子量 1 0 0〜 1 0 0 0 0好ま しくは 5 0 0〜 5 0 0 0のキトサン 0 . 1 %〜 3 %好ましくは 2 %程度の酸性溶 液を軟カプセルを作るためのゼラチン膜の内面にあたる面に噴霧し、 軽く乾燥さ せる。 キトサンが 3 %より濃いと、 そのままゲル化してしまい、 噴霧等の加工が できない„ 逆に 0 . 1 %より薄いと、 キトサンが膜状にならないだけでなく、 噴 霧した時点でゼラチン膜が溶解してしまい、 カプセルの材料とはならない。 キト サンを酸性溶液としたのは、 酸性で無ければキトサンが溶解しないからである。 なお酸性の条件には、 様々な酸を用いて行うことができるが、 食品添加物として 認められている有機酸を用いるのが好ましい。
この内面をキトサンでコーティングした剤皮を用いて軟カプセルを作ることによ り、 白金とパラジウムのコロイ ド溶液のような水溶液を封入し、 空気から遮断す ることのできる軟カプセルが作成可能となる。 なお、 キトサン膜は胃の中で酸性 によって溶解するので、 カプセルの溶解に問題は生じない。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明により、 今まで液体のガラス製アンプルしか無かった白金及びパラジゥ ムのコロイ ド製剤をカプセル化することが可能となり、 携帯と使用が手軽で便利 な固形剤をつくれるようになる。

1 . 内面をキトサンでコーティングしたカプセル材料で、 白金とパラジウムのコ ロイ ド製剤を封入することを特徴とした固形剤とその製造方法
2 . 用いるキトサンの濃度が 0 . 1 %〜 3 %であることを特徴とする請求項 1の 製剤及びその製造方法
