Abstract

L'emballage de cette invention est réalisé à l'aide d'une première section (2) de matériau d'emballage, en feuille d'aluminium ou en feuille d'étain et d'aluminium, traitée avec des produits (laques) qui la rendent thermosoudable, ou bien cette section peut être obtenue à partir d'un film de matériau thermosoudable. On donne à cette section une forme d'enveloppe, à l'intérieur d'une trémie (3) de formage en forme de puits, au moyen d'un piston (5) pouvant conférer une forme creuse (4) à cette première section de matériau d'emballage qui épouse les parois de la trémie. Ces parois sont structurées de sorte que les côtés du récipient creux soient formés par pliage et par superposition des parties périphériques, contiguës entre elles, de la première section. Le procédé de cette invention permet d'utiliser un système de soudage (8), de préférence associé à la trémie, pour souder de manière permanente les parties de chevauchement du matériau d'emballage qui forment les côtés (4b) du récipient creux au moment où le piston permet de faire passer le contenant dans l'orifice d'évacuation (3c) de la trémie. L'emballage, terminé une fois le creux rempli du produit à emballer, est effectué au moyen d'une seconde section de matériau d'emballage, formée de préférence dans le même matériau que la première section, rapprochée pour fermer le récipient creux avec son propre bord périphérique plié vers l'extérieur et opposé au bord supérieur du récipient creux. Cette invention porte enfin sur un procédé visant à fermer hermétiquement le récipient creux en soudant les bords de celui-ci et de la seconde section du matériau d'emballage.
