Description

Mappe zur Aufnahme eines Blattstapels und Rückenteil für diese Mappe Folder to hold a stack of sheets and back part for this folder
The invention relates to a folder for receiving a stack of interconnected sheets, with two cover parts made of flexible material, which are connected to the sheet stack and to a back part which covers the stapling area of the sheet stack.
In folders that are used in business for a wide variety of purposes, such as instructions for use, seminar documents, product information, contracts, etc., not only should the sheets be attached quickly and easily and at low cost, but above all the functional elements of Folder, such as staples, etc., may be hidden. Various folders of the type specified in the introduction are already known (EP-A-0 276 891, CH 656 836, FR-A-2 353 402). In some of these known folders, the back is formed symmetrically from four strips which are folded over one another and adjoin the cover parts in pairs and which are glued to one another in such a way that staples are covered. The disadvantage of this design is that time-consuming and difficult for the layman gluing between the strips at the most stressed point must be applied, which affects the shape stability. The invention aims to simplify the manufacturing process and the handling of the folder, so that the folder can also be made of simple material and with simple means by a few hand movements, the stitching area being completely covered and aesthetic beauty to be achieved. The folder according to the invention is characterized in that the back part is formed as a one-piece strip arrangement from four back part strips defined by fold lines, the first back part strip adjacent to the front cover part being connected to this cover part, preferably glued and the. three other back stripes are folded over the first back stripe, the back of the sheet stack and the rear lid part, the last back stripe connected to the outside of the rear cover part, preferably glued.
This design has the advantage that only simple processes, namely e.g. a tacking and gluing process are required, and that the folder can then be used immediately. Alternatively, the first and last back part strips and the cover parts are each provided with a Velcro strip.
The invention furthermore relates to a back part for a folder of the type described, which is characterized in that it is formed as a one-piece strip arrangement from four back part strips defined by fold lines, each on the top of the first back part strip and on the underside of the last back part strip an adhesive strip on the edge, Velcro strips or the like. are attached.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbei- spiel unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in denen dieThe invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings, in which the
Fig. 1 bis 4 verschiedene schematische Seitenansichten darstellen, welche den Herstellungsvorgang einer erfindungsgemäßen Mappe zeigen.1 to 4 show different schematic side views, which show the manufacturing process of a folder according to the invention.
To connect a front cover part 1 and a rear cover part 2 of a folder according to the invention for receiving a sheet stack 8, preferably stapled at H, is a strip-shaped rectangular sheet 3 made of flexible material, such as cardboard or the like. 1, which is provided with three fold lines 4, 4 ', 4 "by creasing according to FIG. 1. The sheet 3 forms four interconnected back part strips 5', 5", 5 '", 5 IV , which are formed by the fold lines 4, 4 ', 4 "can be defined. On the top of the first strip 5 'and on the underside of the last strip 5 IV , a pressure-sensitive adhesive strip 6', 6 "provided with a peel-off film is provided along the respective free edge of the strip-shaped sheet 3. Instead of an adhesive strip, within the scope of the invention another form of connection, for example by means of Velcro strips, can also be provided, so that the connection can also be released if necessary. According to FIG. 3, the first back part strip 5 'is connected to the front cover part 3 by means of the pressure-sensitive adhesive strip 6'. The sheet 3 is then folded over the fold lines 2 ', 2 "and 2"' and thereby with the one-piece second and third back strips 5 ", 5"'around the sheet stack S so that the fourth back strips 5 IV finally on the back of the sheet stack S is connected to the rear cover part by means of the pressure-sensitive adhesive strip 6 ". The folder is now closed with the covered stapling area H. As shown in the drawing, the strip 5 IV to be fastened to the rear cover part 2 can be wider than the one to be fastened to the front cover part 1 first strip 5 '.
In the context of the invention, the strip to be fastened to the rear cover part could preferably be connected to the latter by folding the strip.
