A holding element - that is, a clip - of the design described above has already become known from US Pat. No. 5,539,963. The disclosure of the US patent is attributable to the disclosure content of the present invention.
It is also known from the US patent to arrange a plurality of clip elements along the edge of the document stack to be bound and thus to obtain a bound product. The disadvantage of this solution is that the stability of the bound document stack, especially in the region of the bound edge, is relatively low. In addition, the clip elements are ideally suited for the task intended, but the bound product gives a less professional impression and is therefore unsuitable for creating high-quality bound products.
The invention has for its object an easy to use and propose inexpensive device for binding a stack of documents.
The object is achieved in that a spine with a U-shaped Cross section is provided, which is preferably at least the same length has as the respective edge of the document stack to be bound, and that the holding element and the binding spine are connected to one another.
According to an advantageous development of the device according to the invention the binding spine is made of metal or plastic. A preferred because simple eye design of the device according to the invention proposes that Arrange holding element in the U-shaped binding spine. In this Context, it has proven to be advantageous to use the holding element to fix an adhesive connection in the U-shaped binding spine. For this it is sufficient if the back part of the lower clamping part of the holding element is included the bandage is glued.
To improve the quality of the bound stack of documents is a Cover provided, which consists of a back, a front and a Back exists. zeigt:
beschrieben.Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a preferred embodiment of the
Vorrichtung 1 vor dem Einfügen des Dokumentenstapels 2 dargestellt;
16 des oberen Klemmteils 5 in ihre ursprüngliche Lage zurück.2a is a cross section of a further embodiment of the
The
