Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Binden eines Dokumentenstapels mit zumindest einem Halteelement, wobei das Halteelement aus einem oberen Klemmteil und einem unteren Klemmteil mit jeweils einem Rückenteil und zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht zum jeweiligen Rückenteil angeordneten Seitenteilen besteht, wobei das obere Klemmteil in das untere Klemmteil hineinschiebbar bzw. aus dem unteren Klemmteil herausbewegbar ist und wobei die Seitenteile des oberen Klemmteils flexibel ausgestaltet sind und zusammengedrückt werden, wenn das obere Klemmteil in das untere Klemmteil hineingeschoben wird bzw. wobei die Seitenteile des oberen Klemmteils in ihre ursprüngliche Lage zurückfedern, wenn das obere Klemmteil aus dem unteren Klemmteil herausbewegt wird.
Ein Halteelement - sprich ein Clip - der zuvor beschriebenen Ausgestaltung ist bereits aus der US-PS 5,539,963 bekannt geworden. Die Offenbarung der US-Patentschrift ist dem Offenbarungsgehalt der vorliegenden Erfindung zuzurechnen.
Aus der US-Patentschrift ist es auch bekannt, mehrere Clip-Elemente entlang der zu bindenden Kante des Dokumentenstapels anzuordnen und so ein gebundenes Produkt zu erhalten. Der Nachteil dieser Lösung besteht darin, daß die Stabilität des gebundenen Dokumentenstapels, insbesondere im Bereich der gebundenen Kante, relativ gering ist. Darüber hinaus sind die Clip-Elemente zwar für die ihnen zugedachte Aufgabe bestens geeignet, jedoch vermittelt das gebundene Produkt einen wenig professionellen Eindruck und ist daher für die Erstellung von hochwertigen gebundenen Produkten ungeeignet.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine einfach zu handhabende und kostengünstige Vorrichtung zum Binden eines Dokumentenstapels vorzuschlagen.
Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß ein Binderücken mit u-förmigem Querschnitt vorgesehen ist, der vorzugsweise zumindest dieselbe Länge aufweist wie die jeweils zu bindende Kante des Dokumentenstapels, und daß Halteelement und Binderücken miteinander verbunden sind.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist der Binderücken aus Metall oder Kunststoff gefertigt. Eine bevorzugte, da einfache Augestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung schlägt vor, das Halteelement in dem u-förmigen Binderücken anzuordnen. In diesem Zusammenhang hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, das Halteelement über eine Klebeverbindung in dem u-förmigen Binderücken festzumachen. Hierzu genügt es, wenn das Rückenteil des unteren Klemmteils des Halteelements mit dem Binderücken verklebt ist.
Um die Qualität des gebundenen Dokumentenstapels zu verbessern, ist ein Einband vorgesehen, der aus einem Rückenteil, einer Vorderseite und einer Rückseite besteht. Entweder ist der Binderücken beispielsweise über eine Klebeverbindung mit dem Rückenteil des Einbandes verbunden, oder der Binderücken ist integraler Teil des Einbandes. Auch ist es möglich, daß der Binderücken das Rückenteil des Einbandes bildet und daß die Vorderseite und die Rückseite des Einbandes vorzugsweise im Bereich der außenliegenden Seitenteile des u-förmigen Binderückens befestigt sind. Weiterhin können gemäß einer kostengünstigen Variante die Vorderseite und die Rückseite zu beiden Seiten des Dokumentenstapels plaziert werden und anschließend in den Halteelementen befestigt werden, die in dem Binderücken angeordnet sind.
Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung schlägt vor, daß der Einband, bestehend aus Vorderseite und Rückseite und/oder Rückenteil aus Karton und/oder Kunststoff gefertigt ist. Je nach Material, das für den Einband verwendet wird, ist gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung vorgesehen, daß die Vorderseite und/oder die Rückseite des Einbandes und/oder das Rückenteil des Einbandes zumindest eine Falzlinie aufweisen/aufweist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
  • Fig. 1: eine Draufsicht auf eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung,
  • Fig. 2a: einen Querschnitt einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung vor dem Einfügen des Dokumentenstapels und
  • Fig. 2b: einen Querschnitt der in Fig. 2a gezeigten Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung mit eingefügtem Dokumentenstapel.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1, bevor der Dokumentenstapel 2 in die Halteelemente 3 eingefügt ist. Der Binderücken 14, bei dem es sich um ein stabiles u-förmiges, also kanalförmiges Bindeelement handelt, ist im Rückenteil 11 des Einbandes 4 angeordnet. Vorzugsweise ist der Binderücken 14 mit dem Rückenteil 11 verklebt. Der Einband 4 besteht aus einer Vorderseite 12, einer Rückseite 13 und dem besagten Rückenteil 11. Vier Halteelemente 3 sind in der kanalförmigen Öffnung des Binderückens 14 vorzugsweise über eine Klebeverbindung festgemacht. Selbstverständlich ist es je nach Anwendung auch möglich, die Vorderseite 12 und die Rückseite 13 an den Seitenteilen des u-förmigen Binderückens 14 festzukleben. Möglich ist es darüber hinaus, den Dokumentenstapel 2 mit der Vorderseite 12 und der Rückseite 13 in die Haltelemente 3 des Binderückens 14 einzufügen. Diese Halteelemente 3 werden im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren Fig. 2a und Fig. 2b näher beschrieben.
    In Fig. 2a ist ein Querschnitt einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1 vor dem Einfügen des Dokumentenstapels 2 dargestellt; Fig. 2b zeigt einen Querschnitt der in Fig. 2a gezeigten Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1 mit eingefügtem Dokumentenstapel 2. Das Halteelement 3 besteht aus einem oberen Klemmteil 5 und einem unteren Klemmteil 6. Sowohl das obere Klemmteil 5 als auch das untere Klemmteil 6 weisen ein Rückenteil 7, 8 mit zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht zum jeweiligen Rückenteil 7, 8 angeordneten Seitenteilen 9, 10 auf. Das obere Klemmteil 5 und das untere Klemmteil 6 sind derart ausgestaltet, daß das obere Klemmteil 5 in das untere Klemmteil 5 hineingeschoben oder aus dem unteren Klemmteil herausbewegt werden kann. Da die Seitenteile 9 des oberen Klemmteils 5 flexibel ausgestaltet sind, werden sie zusammengedrückt, wenn das obere Klemmteil 5 in das untere Klemmteil 6 hineingeschoben wird. Hierdurch werden die beiden Klemmfedern 16 zusammengedrückt und klemmen die Blätter des Dokumentenstapels 2. Sobald das obere Klemmteil 5 aus dem unteren Klemmteil 6 herausbewegt wird, kehren die Seitenteile 9 mit den Klemmfedern 16 des oberen Klemmteils 5 in ihre ursprüngliche Lage zurück.
    Das Halteelement 3 ist an dem Rückenteil 11 des Einbandes 4 festgemacht. Die Befestigung erfolgt bevorzugt über eine Klebeverbindung, jedoch sind andere Befestigungsmethoden, z. B. Vernieten, ebenfalls problemlos möglich. An dem Rückenteil 11 des Einbandes 4 ist der u-förmige Binderücken 14 befestigt, so daß der Binderücken 14 von außen nicht sichtbar ist. Der Binderücken 14 ist bevorzugt aus einem stabilen Material (Metall oder Kunststoff, hergestellt im Strangpreß- oder Spritzgußverfahren) gefertigt und verleiht so der gebundenen Kante des Dokumentenstapels 2 die Stabilität, welche ein hochwertiges gebundenes Produkt auszeichnet. Der Einband 4, der gleichfalls aus einem relativ formbeständigen Material gefertigt sein kann, verleiht dem gebundenen Dokumentenstapel 2 gleichfalls ausreichend Stabilität und schützt ihn effektiv vor Beschädigungen.

    Claims (9)

    1. Vorrichtung zum Binden eines Dokumentenstapels (2) mit zumindest einem Halteelement (3), wobei das Halteelement (3) aus einem oberen Klemmteil (5) und einem unteren Klemmteil (6) mit jeweils einem Rückenteil (7, 8) und zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht zum jeweiligen Rückenteil (7, 8) angeordneten Seitenteilen (9, 10) besteht, wobei das obere Klemmteil (5) in das untere Klemmteil (6) hineinschiebbar bzw. aus dem unteren Klemmteil (6) herausbewegbar ist und wobei die Seitenteile (9) des oberen Klemmteils (5) flexibel ausgestaltet sind und zusammengedrückt werden, wenn das obere Klemmteil (5) in das untere Klemmteil (6) hineingeschoben wird bzw. wobei die Seitenteile (9) des oberen Klemmteils (5) in ihre ursprüngliche Lage zurückfedern, wenn das obere Klemmteil (5) aus dem unteren Klemmteil (6) herausbewegt wird,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Binderücken (14) mit u-förmigem Querschnitt vorgesehen ist, der vorzugsweise zumindest dieselbe Länge aufweist wie die jeweils zu bindende Kante des Dokumentenstapels (2), und
      daß das Rückenteil (7) des Halteelements (3) und Binderücken (14) fest miteinander verbunden sind.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Binderücken (14) aus Metall oder Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
    3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (3) in dem u-förmigen Binderücken (14) angeordnet und über eine Klebeverbindung verbunden ist.
    4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (8) des unteren Klemmteils (6) des Halteelements (3) nur im unteren Bereich mit dem Binderücken (14) verbunden sind.
    5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einband (4) vorgesehen ist, der aus einem Rückenteil (11), einer Vorderseite (12) und einer Rückseite besteht (13).
    6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückenteil (11) des Einbandes (4) von dem u-förmigen Binderücken (14) gebildet wird, und
      daß die Vorderseite (12) und die Rückseite (13) des Einbandes (4) an dem u-förmigen Binderücken (14) befestigt sind.
    7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der u-förmige Binderücken (14) im Rückenteil (11) des Einbandes (4) befestigt ist.
    8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einband (4), bestehend aus Vorderseite (12) und Rückseite (13) und/oder Rückenteil (11) aus Karton und/oder Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
    9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, 6, 7 oder 8,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderseite (12) und/oder die Rückseite (13) des Einbandes (4) und/oder das Rückenteil (11) des Einbandes (4) zumindest eine Falzlinie (15) aufweisen/aufweist.
