Abstract

The invention relates to a case (20) which is intended for holding a writing pad (22) and is produced from at least one material blank (10, 11), wherein the at least one material blank (10, 11) has a plurality of sections which can be folded one inside the other, and wherein one of the sections is a rest (12).

Description

The invention relates to a folder for receiving a writing pad according to the preamble of claim 1.

From the state of the art made of a material blank folders in which a writing pad can be loosely inserted, known. When writing on a sheet of such a loosely placed writing pad with a pen, the sheets following the sheet described receive undesirable impressions from the pressure generated by the pen. To avoid such prints, either several sheets or a cardboard can be placed under the sheet to be described. The DE 1486 908 describes a folder for receiving a writing pad, wherein the folder made of at least one plurality of foldable sides having material cut and one of the sides of a writing pad and the writing pad is detachably attachable to the folder.

The invention has the object to provide an alternative to the known releasable attachment between the folder and the writing pad.

The invention solves the task with a folder according to claim 1. Thus, in the future, the writing pad is always close at hand in the vicinity of the writing pad, ie where you need them. The writing pad can not be accidentally moved to an unknown place undetectable. To be able to fix the writing pad detachably to the at least one material blank, the writing pad can be inserted with its back into an insertion pocket arranged on the material blank.

The writing pad may be releasably attached to the at least one material blank. Thus, if all sheets are written, the writing pad can be exchanged for a new writing pad so that the same folder can be reused.

In order to be able to fix the writing pad detachably to the at least one material blank, the writing pad can be detachably fastened to the material blank by means of an adhesive strip.

In a further embodiment variant, the writing pad can be detachably fastened to the at least one material blank by means of a stapling device. In this embodiment, it is particularly useful and inexpensive if the stapler is a commercial stapling strip.

In another embodiment, however, it is also possible that the writing block by means of one of the leaves of Writing pad holding spiral releasably attachable to the at least one material blank.

The writing pad can be fastened to the at least one material blank by means of a wire comb holding the sheets of the writing pad. The use of the wire comb is advantageous if the spiral can not be used, because the folder is made only from a single material blank.

The FIGS. 1 and 2 show a folder 20 having two material blanks 10 and 11. The two material blanks 10 and 11 are connected with a spiral 21 with each other (see Fig. 2 ). Further, the spiral 21 attaches a writing pad 22 to the folder 20. When the writing pad 22 is used up and is to be replaced with a new one, the spiral 21 can be rotated out of the material blanks 10 and 11 and the writing pad 22 and after replacing the writing pad 22 be rotated back in to secure the new writing pad 22 with the material blanks 10 and 11.

The folder 20 has a writing pad 12 which can be placed under a sheet of the writing pad 22 to be described in order to protect the sheets following the sheet described from unwanted impressions produced by pressing on a pin not shown here. The writing pad 12 is integrally connected to the material blank 10.

The FIGS. 3 and 4 show a folder 40 which is made of a single material blank 30. In the folder 40, a writing pad 41 and the material blank 30 are connected to a wire comb 32. Through the wire comb 32 of the writing pad 41 is connected to the folder 40.

The material blank 30 has a writing pad 31.

Claims (9)

1. Case (80) for accommodating a writing pad (82), which case is produced from at least one material blank (70) having a plurality of sides which can be folded into one another, wherein one of the sides is a pad and the writing pad (82) can be releasably fastened to the case (80), characterised in that the writing pad (82) can be releasably fastened, by means of an insert pouch (72, 73) which is arranged on a flap (71) and into which a back (81) of the writing pad (82) can be inserted, to the flap (71), wherein the flap (71) has holes (74) for accommodating a binding apparatus (83) for releasable fastening of the back (81) of the writing pad (82) to the flap (71).

4. Case (80) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the writing pad (82) can be releasably fastened to the at least one material blank (70) by means of a binding apparatus (83).
5. Case (80, 100) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at least one of the sides which can be folded into one another has a binding apparatus (83, 88, 104).
6. Case according to any one of Claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the flap and the at least one material blank are constructed in one piece, wherein the flap is stamped out of the material blank (50).
