Calendar with self-adhesive calendar pages and self-adhesive insert blocks.

The present invention relates to a calendar in which the individual calendar sheets are printed and sorted by days, weeks or months and are arranged in a self-adhesive manner on both sides of a base sheet. This base sheet is made of a strong, flexible material, e.g. cardboard or a plastic film. The individual calendar sheets are arranged in a self-adhesive manner on both sides of the base sheet, which is folded over and glued together at a fold edge, as are the individual supplementary sheet blocks. The individual sheets, namely the calendar sheets and the sheets of the supplementary sheet blocks, are each provided with a removable adhesive coating on their back, which is generally known. These are adhesives which, in conjunction with a release coating, enable such sheets to be stuck on and easily removed, whereby these sheets themselves can be releasably attached to any smooth adhesive surface. This attachment is done by hand using very light pressure. When producing the calendar according to the invention, the weight of the sheets in conjunction with vibrating devices is sufficient, for example, to bond the individual adhesive sheets together. The present invention is based on the task of creating a calendar with self-adhesive calendar sheets and self-adhesive supplementary sheet blocks, in which the sorted and printed calendar sheets and the sheets of the supplementary sheet blocks are attached to one another and detachably to the outside of the base sheet, whereby the base sheet also has free adhesive surfaces for attaching

of sheets of the supplementary sheets blocks.

The individual calendar pages and the supplementary sheets can be coated with the adhesive mentioned above on their entire side or can only have one strip coated with adhesive; in either case, the individual sheets stick to one another. In this way, the individual sheets, namely the calendar pages and the sheets of the supplementary blocks, can be easily removed and attached to any smooth surface.

Many calendars are known that are sorted by days, weeks or months, and that can be folded or plugged in. The present invention, however, is a calendar that can be produced using modern printing, coating and cutting technology and that does not require any additional block binding devices in order to obtain an overview of the finished calendar. Additional information can be added to the pages of the supplementary blocks.

The invention is explained with reference to drawings, in which only a few embodiments are shown. It shows:

The base sheet 1 has a front 1.1 and a back, as well as a continuous inner side 1.3. The two sides of the base sheet 1 are divided by a prepared folding edge 1.4. When the sides of the base sheet are folded over around the folding edge 1.4 in the direction of arrow 9, the inner sides 1.3 are firmly connected to one another by means of a laminating adhesive layer 3. This can be seen from Fig. 2, where the position is shown in which the two sides of the base sheet 1 are bent over in the direction of arrow 9 and then glued. In this functional position, the supplementary sheet blocks 4 and the calendar blocks 2 are already attached to the base sheet 1.

The sorted and printed calendar sheets 2.1 and the supplementary sheets 4.2 can be coated with a removable adhesive on the whole side or can be detachably connected to one another using an adhesive strip 2.2 or an · supplementary sheet adhesive strip 4.1. For easier handling, the version with adhesive strip is recommended. The arrangement of the calendar blocks 2 on the front 1.1 and on the back 1.2 of the base sheet 1 is arbitrary. For example, the calendar blocks 2 can be placed every six months on the front 1.1 and on the back 1.2 of the base sheet.

Below the fold edge 1.4, one or more holes are provided for hanging on a wall.

Within the scope of the invention, other practical arrangements of the calendar blocks and the supplementary blocks on the base sheet 1 are also possible (not shown). For example, it may be practical to attach only one calendar block 2 on each side of the base sheet 1, which is flush at the bottom and sides with the base sheet 1, on which in this case no supplementary blocks ¹ are arranged. In addition, it is possible to attach a calendar block 2 and several supplementary blocks 4 of the same size or of different sizes in different arrangements on each side of the base sheet 1. It is also advantageous in certain cases to place several calendar blocks 2 with or without supplementary blocks on the base sheet 1.
