Abstract

L'invention concerne une presse enrouleuse mobile qui comporte deux chambres de pressage, disposées l'une derrière l'autre, qui peuvent être séparées ou reliées par un dispositif de séparation supérieur et un dispositif de séparation inférieur (6, 1; 7, 8, 9, 10, 11). Le dispositif de séparation supérieur (1, 6) est constitué d'au moins deux cylindres presseurs (1) qui sont fixés à un support pivotant (6) qui peut tourner autour de son point central (5). Dès qu'un élément d'arrêt destiné au support pivotant est enlevé, le système pivotant tourne automatiquement autour de son point central (5), sous l'action du système d'entraînement, et pousse la balle précomprimée se trouvant dans la première chambre de pressage pour la faire entrer dans la chambre de pressage arrière. Avec un tel agencement, il est possible de produire des balles rondes en continu et ainsi d'augmenter considérablement la productivité de presses pour balles rondes.
