Since the drive shaft 5 for the two press rolls 1 moves opposite to these, and because on this shaft 5, due to the larger gear 4 in relation to the gears 2 and 3 on the shafts 43 and 44, there is a considerably greater torque than at the Shafts 43 and 44 of the press rollers 1, the complete swivel system including the two press rollers 1 rotates counterclockwise by 180 degrees around the shaft 5 (FIG. 1) and thus pushes the front round bale independently and without additional drive into the rear press chamber.
- Fig. 7 As soon as the swivel system has rotated 180 degrees, the locking cylinder 38, due to the spring 42, engages in the notch 39 and thus holds the press rollers 1 again (FIG. 2). The stalk 15 now moves through the front chamber chamber to the rear, in which the small round bale started is now pressed into a large round bale.
- Fig. 8 As soon as the rear round bale has reached the necessary baling pressure, the lower separating device is raised by the cylinder 11, so that no further crop can reach the rear baling chamber. Now you can start tying of the bale. At the same time, due to the closed front bale chamber, the next bale begins to be pressed.
- Fig. 9 When the round bale is finished, the tailgate 22 is opened by the cylinder 17 so that the bale can leave the rear baling chamber. Abstract
L'invention concerne une presse enrouleuse mobile qui comporte deux chambres de pressage, disposées l'une derrière l'autre, qui peuvent être séparées ou reliées par un dispositif de séparation supérieur et un dispositif de séparation inférieur (6, 1; 7, 8, 9, 10, 11). Le dispositif de séparation supérieur (1, 6) est constitué d'au moins deux cylindres presseurs (1) qui sont fixés à un support pivotant (6) qui peut tourner autour de son point central (5). Dès qu'un élément d'arrêt destiné au support pivotant est enlevé, le système pivotant tourne automatiquement autour de son point central (5), sous l'action du système d'entraînement, et pousse la balle précomprimée se trouvant dans la première chambre de pressage pour la faire entrer dans la chambre de pressage arrière. Avec un tel agencement, il est possible de produire des balles rondes en continu et ainsi d'augmenter considérablement la productivité de presses pour balles rondes.
