Abstract
L'invention concerne une carte à puce pour le transfert sans contact de données et/ou d'énergie, dont le module puce (1) présente, à l'intérieur de la masse de scellement (5), dans la zone d'une surface de contact de raccordement (2a, 2b), un espace vide (9) traversant ladite masse de scellement (5) et allant jusqu'à la surface de contact de raccordement (2a, 2b), qui est rempli d'un matériau (11) électroconducteur. Ce matériau (11) est en contact avec une couche adhésive (17) électroconductrice qui est placée entre le corps de carte (13), dans la zone d'une extrémité de bobine (15), et la masse de scellement (5).
