La présente invention concerne l'association de lignées de bactéries bifidus pour la production de produits alimentaires diététiques à base de lait suri, de produits alimentaires non fermentés et de préparations bactériennes. Dans la composition de cette association entrent les ingrédients suivants: Bifidobacterium bifidum 791 (no de collection V-3300 TsMPM, VNIIgenetika, Moscou), Bifidobacterium longum B379M (no de collection 153 GKNM, MNIIEM G.N. Gabritchevski, Moscou), Bifidobacterium infantis 73-15 (no de collection 155, GKIM, MNIIEM G.N. Gabritchevski, Moscou), Bifidobacterium adolescentis G7513 (no de collection 158 GKNM, MNIIEM G.N. Gabritchevski, Moscou).
