Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la construction et peut être utilisée pour fabriquer des articles de construction de finition décoratifs ayant différentes formes et grandeurs. L'élément de construction proposé présente une particularité intéressante: un bloc de construction est rempli de béton alvéolaire, de béton gaz-silice, de béton d'argile, de béton lourd, d'un matériau thermo-isolant choisi dans un groupe constitué de mousse de polystyrène, de mousse de polyuréthanne, de gazosilicate ou de béton alvéolaire ou d'un matériau thermo-isolant similaire, ou encore un matériau se présentant sous forme de brique de céramique ou de silice. Le revêtement de finition est constitué par empilement d'un bloc de construction par au moins un côté, dans un moule avec un mélange de décoration-finition. La particularité de ce procédé tient à la préparation du mélange de décoration-finition: il est obtenu par mélange de ciment et de sable selon un rapport variant de 1:1 à 1:3. Au cours du processus de mélange du sable, on introduit, selon la fraction du sable, tout d'abord du sable à forte fraction, puis du sable à fraction moyenne et enfin du sable à fraction fine. Simultanément à l'introduction du sable, on ajoute de l'eau et un plastifiant et le mélange est versé dans le moule. Le mélange de décoration-finition ainsi obtenu a une épaisseur allant de 5 mm à 50 mm. Puis, sur la couche dudit mélange, on dépose un bloc de construction et on maintient l'élément pendant la durée nécessaire au durcissement.
