Abstract

Cette invention concerne un appareil automatique pour exercices physiques, lequel peut être monté facilement dans un endroit de taille réduite, et permet à des personnes âgées ou de faible constitution ainsi qu'à des patients de faire des exercices efficaces tout en restant confortablement assis. Cet appareil comprend une chaise (1) qui est disposée sur une plaque de fond (3) de manière à pouvoir être soulevée ou abaissée. L'appareil comprend également une barre d'actionnement (5) qui est fixée au dessous de la chaise (1) de manière à faire monter et descendre cette dernière (1). Une came (8), couplée à une pièce d'actionnement (7) qui dépasse vers l'extérieur de l'un des côtés de la barre d'actionnement (5), va faire bouger cette dernière (5) vers le haut ou vers le bas par effet excentrique. Un système d'entraînement (13) va générer un couple qui va faire entrer la came (8) en rotation. Une partie poignée (20), qui comprend deux liaisons fonctionnelles (21, 22), est verrouillée à la chaise (1) et se déplace vers le haut et vers le bas en fonction du mouvement ascendant et descendant de cette dernière (1). Une seconde barre d'actionnement (30) espacée de la première (5) est orientée vers le bas depuis le dessous de la chaise (1). Un élément à mouvement de bascule (40) est monté sur la plaque de fond (3) et possède un côté qui entre en contact avec l'extrémité inférieure de la seconde barre d'actionnement (30). Des cale-pieds (50), enfin, sont fixés à l'autre côté de l'élément à mouvement de bascule (40).
